Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեն քննարկել է Արշակունյաց պողոտայի տրանսպորտային հոսքերի կարգավորումը

ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեում տեղի է ունեցել Երևանի Արշակունյաց պողոտայի տրանսպորտային հոսքերի կարգավորմանն ուղղված խորհրդակցություն՝ Կոմիտեի ճարտարապետական հանձնաժողովի և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ներկայացուցիչների հետ համատեղ: Այն վարել է Կոմիտեի նախագահ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը: Խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ նախագահի խորհրդական Ֆելիքս Փիրումյանը, ՀՀ վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդական Գագիկ Մարտիրոսյանը, ՀՀ ոստիկանության «Ճանապարհային Ոստիկանություն» ծառայության ճանապարհային երթևեկության կազմակերպման հսկողության բաժնի պետ Կ. Կոստանյանը, ոլորտի այլ պատասխանատուներ, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Խորհրդակցության մասնակիցներին ներկայացվել են մայրաքաղաքի Արշակունյաց պողոտային հարող որոշակի տարածքներում տրանսպորտային խնդիրների լուծմանն ուղղված առաջարկություններ: Արշակունյաց պողոտայի գերբեռնված հատվածների բեռնաթափման վերգետնյա և ստորգետնյա լուծումների համատեքստում առավել նպատակահարմար է դիտարկվել ճարտարապետ Գուրգեն Մուշեղյանի առաջարկած ստորգետնյա տրանսպորտային ճանապարհի կառուցումը:
Խորհրդակցության բոլոր մասնակիցները դիրքորոշում են հայտնել ներկայացված առաջարկության վերաբերյալ, նշելով, որ այն կարելի է դիտարկել որպես խնդրի լուծման տարբերակ, այլ ոչ՝ վերջնական լուծում:
Ամփոփելով քննարկումը, Նարեկ Սարգսյանն անդրադարձել է ներկայացված առաջարկին՝ կարևորելով մայրաքաղաքի խնդրո առարկա հատվածում ճարտարապետական տեսանկյունից արժեքավոր շենքերով կառուցապատված քաղաքաշինական միջավայրն անխաթար պահելով հանդերձ՝ տրանսպորտային հոսքերը կարգավորելու հիմնահարցի անհրաժեշտությունը:
Ըստ այդմ, հանձնարարվել է ընտրված նախագծային կազմակերպությանը՝ Արշակունյաց պողոտային հարող տարածքներում գերբեռնված տրանսպորտային հանգույցների բեռնաթափման և տրանսպորտային հոսքերի կարգավորման նպատակով մշակել նախագծային փաստաթղթերի փաթեթ՝ հաշվի առնելով ներկայացված հայեցակարգային մոտեցումները՝ նշված տրանսպորտային հանգույցների նախագծային լուծումները դիտարկելով քաղաքի միասնական տրանսպորտային վիճակի բարելավման համատեքստում, հաշվի առնելով ձևավորված քաղաքաշինական միջավայրի պահպանման, ճարտարապետական-գեղագիտական, ինժեներատեխնիկական և այլ պահանջները:
Արշակունյաց պողոտայի տրանսպորտային հանգույցների նախագծերն աշխատանքային կարգով կքննարկվեն ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեում:
