Ճապոնիայի խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատը հավանություն տվեց գահից կայսեր հրաժարականի օրինագծին

Ճապոնիայի խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատը հունիսի 2-ին հավանություն Է տվել գահից Ակահիտո կայսեր հրաժարվելու եւ այն իր ավագ որդուն՝ Նարուհիտո գահաժառանգ արքայազնին հանձնելու հատուկ օրինագծին: Հաջակցություն փաստաթղթի արտահայտվել են Լիբերալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունից եւ կառավարող կոալիցիայի գծով նրա գործընկերոջ՝ «Նոր Կոմեյտո»-ից պատգամավորների մեծամասնությունը. քվեարկությանը չեն մասնակցել ընդդիմության մի շարք ներկայացուցիչներ, այդ թվում՝ Դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունից:
Դրանից հետո օրինագիծը քննարկման կուղարկեն խորհրդարանի վերին պալատ, որտեղ կառավարող կոալիցիան նույնպես մեծամասնություն ունի: Ինչպես սպասվում Է, այն կընդունվի ներկայիս նստաշրջանի ընթացքում, որը կավարտվի հունիսի կեսերին:
Այդ փաստաթղթի համաձայն, գահից հրաժարվելուց հետո Ակիհիտոն կպահպանի «Ձերդ գերազանցություն» տիտղոսը, պետական ապահովությունը եւ այլ արտոնություններ: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ նրան կկոչեն «ձյոկո», ինչը կարելի Է թարգմանել որպես «հրաժարված կայսր», իսկ նրա տիկնոջը՝ Միտիկոյին՝ «ձյոկովո»:
Ենթադրվում Է, որ բուն հրաժարումը պետք Է տեղի ունենա ընդունված օրենքի հրապարակումից հետո երեք տարվա ընթացքում: Ճապոնական մամուլի տվյալներով՝ դա կարող Է տեղի ունենալ 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերին:
Հրաժարականի օրինագիծը մշակվել Է հատուկ 83-ամյա Ակիհիտոյի համար, քանի որ կառավարությունը չի ցանկացել մշտապես գործող ուղղումներ կատարել Կայսերական տան մասին օրենքում: Դա, Ճապոնիայի իշխանությունների կարծիքով, նախադեպ կստեղծեր եւ հնարավոր կդարձներ կայսրերի վրա քաղաքական ճնշում գործադրելն ապագայում:
Ակիհիտոն ծնվել Է 1933 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 23-ին: Նա համարվում Է աշխարհում ամենահին գահատոհմերից մեկի ներկայացուցիչը: Նա կայսր Հիրոհիտոյի (1901-1989 թ.) եւ կայսրուհի Նագակոյի (1903-2000 թ.) ամուսնությունից ծնված առաջնեկն Է, որոնք ունեցել են երկու որդի եւ հինգ դուստր, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը:
