Ստեփան Սաֆարյանը Թրամփի գործողություններում ԱՄՆ-ը գլոբալ առաջնորդությունից հետ քաշելու միտումներ է նկատում

Միջազգային և անվտանգության հարցերի հայկական ինստիտուտի հիմնադիր նախագահ Ստեփան Սաֆարյանը, վերլուծելով ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վերջին հայտարարություններն ու գործողությունները, կլիմայի վերաբերյալ Փարիզի համաձայնագրից  դուրս գալու որոշումը, կարծում է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները մեկուսանում է համաշխարհային գործերից և հետընթաց կատարում գլոբալ առաջնորդությունից: Հունիսի 2-ին կազմակերպված քննարկման ընթացքում Ստեփան Սաֆարյանը նաև ընդգծեց, որ ԱՄՆ-ի դիրքորոշումը դեռևս հստակեցված չէ նաև Հարավային Կովկասում` ի թիվս այլ տարածաշրջանների:

«Միացյալ Նահանգներն առաջիկայում զբաղված է լինելու իր խնդիրները լուծելով: Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ այլևս թույլ չի տա, որպեսզի աշխարհն ԱՄՆ-ի վրա ծիծաղի: Այն պարագայում, երբ ԱՄՆ-ը զգալիորեն կրճատում է երրորդ երկրներին հատկացվող ֆինանսական աջակցությունը, կարելի է ենթադրել, որ այդ երկիրը, որը, այսպես ասած, կերակրում է աշխարհի շատ երկրների, արդեն հոգնել է այդ ամենից»,- ընդգծեց Սաֆարյանը:

Մեկնաբանելով Բրյուսելում կայացած ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովում ԱՄՆ նախագահի ելույթը՝ Ստեփան Սաֆարյանը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ ԱՄՆ-ը ցանկանում է մեծացնել դաշինքի անդամ մյուս երկրների պատասխանատվությունը և որոշակիորեն թուլացնել իր ազդեցությունը: Նա հիշեցրեց, որ ԱՄՆ-ն ՆԱՏՕ-ում միշտ իր ուսերին է կրել պատասխանատվության ամենածանր բեռը և հիմա ցանկանում է փոխել իրավիճակը:

Ժողովրդավարության, անվտանգության և զարգացման հայկական կենտրոնի փորձագետ Մարթա Այվազյանը նկատեց, որ ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահը որևէ հարցի նկատմամբ հստակ դիրքորոշում չունի: Նրա խոսքով` Դոնալդ Թրամփի քայլերը ոչ մի կերպ չեն համապատասխանում ավելի վաղ արված հայտարարություններին, ինչը մեծ տարակուսանք է առաջացնում: «Թրամփի վարքագիծը մեծ խնդիրներ է առաջացնում ԱՄՆ-ի համար: Չի բացառվում, որ աշխարհն ականատես լինի երկրի այս նախագահի փոփոխության, բայց ոչ ընդունված կարգով»,- նշեց  փորձագետը:
