ԱՄՆ-ի նախկին պետքարտուղար Հիլարի Քլինթոնը «պատմական սխալ» Է համարել ԱՄՆ-ը կլիմայի վերաբերյալ Փարիզի համաձայնագրից դուրս բերելու նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի որոշումը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
«Պատմական սխալ: Աշխարհը միահամուռ առաջ Է շարժվում կլիմայական փոփոխությունների հարցում: Փարիզի համաձայնագրից դուրս գալը հետեւում Է թողնում ամերիկյան ընտանիքներին ու աշխատավորներին»,- գրել Է նա Twitter-ում: Իր հերթին The Walt Disney Company ամերիկյան կոնգլոմերատի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռոբերտ Այգերը հայտարարել Է, որ դուրս Է գալիս ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահին առընթեր Ռազմավարության եւ քաղաքականության համաժողովի կազմից, որը բիզնեսի նշանավոր գործիչների խորհրդատվական խորհուրդ Է: Այդ որոշումը կապված Է կլիմայի վերաբերյալ Փարիզի համաձայնագրից ԱՄՆ-ը դուրս բերելու Թրամփի որոշման հետ:
Ավելի վաղ համանման հայտարարություն Է արել ձեռնարկատեր Իլոն Մասքը, որը գլխավորում Է Tesla եւ Spacex ընկերությունները Նախօրյակին Թրամփը հայտարարել Է կլիմայի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրից ԱՄՆ-ի դուրս գալու մասին: Նրա կարծիքով՝ այն շահավետ չԷ Միացյալ Նահանգների համար: Նախագահն ասել Է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը բանակցություններ կսկսի կա՛մ Փարիզի համաձայնագրին կրկնական անդամակցության, կա՛մ «նոր գործարքի» կնքման շուրջը «Միացյալ Նահանգների, նրա ձեռնարկությունների, նրա աշխատողների, նրա մարդկանց, նրա հարկատուների համար արդարացի պայմաններով»: Փարիզի համաձայնագիրն ընդունվել Է 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ին Ֆրանսիայի մայրաքաղաքում կայացած խորհրդաժողովի արդյունքներով: Համաժողովի 195 մասնակիցներ համաձայնության են եկել թույլ չտալու մինչեւ 2100 թվականը մինչինդուստրիալ դարաշրջանի համեմատությամբ մոլորակի վրա միջին ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացում Ցելսիուսի 2 աստիճանից ավելի: Գիտնականները կարծում են, որ ջերմաստիճանի ավելի զգալի բարձրացումը, որի պատճառը հանածո վառելիքի այրման հետեւանքով մթնոլորտ ածխաթթվական գազի արտանետումներն են, կարող Է անդառնալի հետեւանքների հանգեցնել մոլորակի բնապահպանության համար:
2016 թվականի ապրիլի 22-ին ՄԱԿ-ի կենտրոնակայանում կայացած գագաթնաժողովում 175 պետություններ, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանը, Գերմանիան, Հնդկաստանը, Չինաստանը եւ ԱՄՆ-ն, ստորագրել են այդ համաձայնագիրը: Պայմանագրի համաձայն՝ ԱՄՆ-ը պարտավորվել Է մինչեւ 2025 թվականը արտանետումների մակարդակը 10-ամյա վաղեմության ցուցանիշների համեմատությամբ կրճատել 26 – 28 տոկոսով, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
