«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Վանաձորի քաղաքապետ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը, ով առաջիկայում սահմանադրական պայքարի մեջ է մտնելու ավագանու ընդդիմադիր անդամների հետ, այժմ էլ խնդիր ունի Վանաձորի երթուղայինների վարորդների ու եղանակի հետ: Երկու օր է՝ Վանաձորում երթուղայինների վարորդները բողոքի են դուրս եկել, քանի որ քաղաքի ճանապարհները քանդված են, և հնարավոր չէ այդ ճանապարհներով երթևեկել:
«Բողոքի ակցիան որն ա, էդ մարդիկ 5 րոպեով կանգնել են, իրանց բացատրել ենք, թե անկախ ձեր էսօրվա արտահայտած մտքից Վանաձորի ասֆալտապատումը բնականոն ընթացքի մեջ ա»,– «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում վարորդների բողոքի առիթով ասաց Վանաձորի քաղաքապետ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը՝ շարունակելով. «Խնդիրն այն է, որ մայիս ամսվա մեջ ընդամենը 5 արևային օր ա եղել: Անձրևի տակ էլ չեն կարա աշխատեն: Ուղղակի էս փոսերը որ պատրաստել են, իրոք, ես էլ վարորդ եմ, իրոք դիսկամֆորտ ա, շատ տհաճ երևույթ ա, էսօր արև էր, էլի լցրել են, բայց էլի ամպել ա, ուզում եմ ասել՝ նորմալ ընթացքի մեջ ա: Բնականաբար, ճիշտ դժգոհություն է, բայց երևույթներ կան, որոնց վրա մենք չենք կարողանում ուղղակի ազդենք»:
Քաղաքապետի խոսքով՝ վարորդները դադարեցրել են գործադուլը և անցել աշխատանքի, քանի որ իրենք խոստացել են փոսալցման աշխատանքներ իրականացնել. «Եղանակի փոխարեն պատասխանատվություն մենք չենք կարա կրենք, ոչ թե՝ չենք ուզում կրենք»:
Նշենք, որ առաջիկա օրերին Վանաձորի ավագանու ընդդիմադիր անդամները կդիմեն Սահմանադրական դատարան՝ վիճարկելու ավագանու նիստերի և դրանց որոշումների հակաիրավական լինելը: Այժմ «Լուսավոր Հայաստանի» ավագանու անդամ Քրիստ Մարուքյանն աշխատում է ՍԴ դիմումի վրա:
Ընդդիմությունը նախկինում պնդում էր, որ ապրիլի 10–ից հետո Վանաձորի ավագանու լիազորությունները օրենքով դադարելու են, քանի որ լրանում է 6 ամիսը, ինչ նիստ չի գումարվել, իսկ օրենքով այդ դեպքում դադարում են լիազորությունները: Ըստ ընդդիմադիր ավագանիների՝ Վանաձորի ավագանու նիստերը չեն կարող իրավազոր լինել, քանի որ օրենքը հստակ սահմանում է, որ ավագանու անդամների կեսից ավելին պետք է ներկա լինի նիստին, և չի կարող օրենքի մի կետը մյուս կետին հակասել և չի կարող ավագանու անդամների կեսից պակաս թիվը համարվել բավարար՝ նիստ գումարելու համար:
Վանաձորի ՀՀԿ–ական քաղաքապետ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը, մինչդեռ, «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց, որ եթե անգամ Սահմանադրական դատարանը իրենց նիստերն ու որոշումները ոչ իրավազոր ճանաչի, Սահմանադրական դատարանը չի անդրադառնալու հրաժարականին ու ինքը հրաժարական չի տա:
