38-ամյա Քորթնի Քարդաշյանի գեղեցկության գաղտնիքները

Ամերիկյան ռեալիթի շոուների աստղ Քորթնի Քարդաշյանը ողջ նախորդ շաբաթն անցկացրեց Կաննում՝ իր նոր սիրեկանի՝ Յունես Բենջիմի հետ միասին, իսկ այժմ արդեն վերադարձել է արևաշող Լոս Անջելես։ Արևային լոգանք ընդունելու ժամանակ աստղը չի դիմացել ու նկարվել է՝ ցուցադրելով իր ձիգ մարմինը։ Քորթնին նկարը հրապարակել է ինստագրամում, որում չի երևում նրա դեմքը, բայց իհարկե արևի տակ ամբողջությամբ շողում է մարմինը։
 
Արևմտյան ԶԼՄ-ները վաղուց են գրում, որ Քորթնիի կազմվածքին նախանձում է անգամ Քիմ Քարդաշյանը։ SPLETNIK.RU-ն տեղեկացել է Քորթնիի գեղեցկության գաղտնիքների մասին, որոնք օգնում են նրան պահպանել գեղեցիկ կազմվածք։
 
1․ Դիետիկ ըմպելիքներ
Քորթնին գտնում է, որ շատ կարևոր է օրը ճիշտ սկսել։ Նա ամեն առավոտ խմում է կոկոսի կաթով, ավոկադոյով ու թեյի ծառի մեղրով պատրաստված ըմպելիք։
 
2․Սնվել միայն բնական սննդով
Քորթնին ճիշտ սնվելու երկրպագու է։ Նա սկսել է հետևել սննդակարգին երեխաների պատճառով։ Նշում է, որ իր ընտանիքում սնվում են գլյուտեն չպարունակող սննդով ու չեն օգտագործում կաթնամթերքներ։ Ալյուրով պատրաստված ուտելիքներ փորձում են քիչ ուտել։
 
3․Սպորտ
Ռեալիթի աստղն ամեն օր մարզվում է մարզիչ Դոն Բրուքսի հետ։ Քորթնին գտնում է, որ սպորտը շատ կարևոր է ինչպես ֆիզիկական, այնպես էլ բարոյական առողջության համար։
 
4․ Ժամանակ գտնել ինքդ քեզ համար
Քարդաշյան քույրերից ավագը ակտիվ կյանք է վարում, այդ իսկ պատճառով ժամանակը թանկ է նրա համար։ Քորթնին նշում է, որ իր համար հանգիստը սկսվում է մաքուր, առանց դիմահարդարման մաշկից։ «Եթե ես առանց դիմահարդարման եմ, նշանակում է ես տանն եմ ու մոր դերում»,-ասում է Քորթնին։
 
5․ Ոչ մի կոֆեին
Քորթնին չի խմում սուրճ, այլ նախընտրում է սառը թեյ։ 
Վերջին ժամանակներս Քորթնին սկսել է համացանցում շատ մերկ նկարներ հրապարակել, ինչը օգտատերերը բացատրում են նախմին ամուսնուց՝ Սքոթ Դիսիկից վերջնական բաժանմամբ ու նոր, երիտասարդ զուգընկեր գտնելով։
