Ղարաբաղյան խնդրին լուծում պետք է տրվի ոչ թե ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի, այլ հակամարտող երկրների կողմից: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման համոզմունք հայտնեց Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեն:
«Մինսկի խմբի առաքելությունն է ձեռնարկել միջոցներ, որոնք հնարավորություն կտան գտնելու այդ լուծումը: ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը միշտ ակտիվ, գործուն վիճակում է եղել բանակցային գործընթացում, համանախագահները իրար հետ և երկու երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների հետ ակտիվ կապի մեջ են եղել»,- ասաց դեսպանը՝ շեշտելով, որ պետք է ամեն ինչ անել, որպեսզի հնարավորինս արագ գտնվի այդ լուծումը, որը երկու հակամարտող կողմերի համար էլ ընդունելի կլինի:
Նրա խոսքով՝ մարդկային և քաղաքական տեսանկյունից եւս այլևս հնարավոր չէ հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման և փոխադարձ վիրավորանքների պայմաններում շարունակել ապրել:
Անդրադառնալով վերջերս ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հայտարարությանը՝ դեսպանը նշեց, որ թե դա, թե դրան նախորդած հայտարարությունները եղել են հասցեական:
