 Մայիսի 27-ին կայացած առաջին համապետական «Մաքուր Հայաստան» ծրագրի շաբաթօրյակի արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ավելի քան 750 տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտներ, որոնց մեջ ներառված են առևտրի և սննդի օբյեկտներ, գազալցակայաններ և այլն, չունեն աղբահանության ծառայությունների համապատասխան պայմանագրեր: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը:  «Ավելին, չի բացառվում, որ լրացուցիչ ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում, բացի այդ 750 տնտեսավարողներից, կարող են հայտնաբերվել աղբահանության ծառայությունների համապատասխան պայմանագրեր չկնքած այլ տնտեսավարողներ: Միաժամանակ համապետական շաբաթօրյակները այսուհետ կազմակերպվելու են առավել համակարգված և, ինչպես նշվել էր, կրելու են շարունակական բնույթ։ Հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալը՝ հանձնարարում եմ ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարին և ՀՀ մարզպետներին՝ մեկշաբաթյա ժամկետում կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել մայիսի 27-ի համապետական շաբաթօրյակի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն, մեկամսյա ժամկետում ձեռնարկել միջոցներ՝ տնտեսավարողների կողմից աղբահանության ծառայությունների համապատասխան պայմանագրերի ապահովման ուղղությամբ։ Ըստ անհրաժեշտության այդ դեպքերով նախաձեռնել համապատասխան վարչական վարույթներ»,- ասաց Կարեն Կարապետյանը: Նրա խոսքով, պետք է գույքագրել նաև Երևանից դուրս գտնվող զբոսաշրջային վայրերում և դրանց հարակից տարածքներում անհրաժեշտ աղբամանները, զուգարանները, հաշվի առնել գործող առևտրի, սննդի օբյեկտների և գազի ու բենզինի լցակայանների հնարավորությունները և ձեռնարկել միջոցներ՝ դրանց հասանելիությունը քաղաքացիների և զբոսաշրջիկների համար ապահովելու նպատակով ըստ հաստատված նորմատիվային պահանջների։

Ըստ վարչապետի, ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը տեղեկացրել է, որ ճանապարհների վրա համապատասխան խախտումների դեպքում, երբ քաղաքացիներին դիմում են, վերջիններս բարձրացնում են աղբամանների բացակայության հարցը: «Ըստ նորմատիվի կլինի գազալցակայան, սննդի օբյեկտ և այլն, նախատեսված է, որ պետք է դրանք ունենան համապատասխան որակի զուգարաններ, աղբամաններ և այլն: Ընդամենը պետք է այդ նորմատիվը դարձնել կիրառելի»,- ընդգծեց Կարապետյանը:
