Հայաստանը 112-րդն Է «Խաղաղասիրության գլոբալ ինդեքս»-ում

Հայաստանը 112-րդ տեղն Է զբաղեցրել «Խաղաղասիրության գլոբալ ինդեքս»-ում (Global Peace Index): Այդ մասին վկայում Է Տնտեսության եւ խաղաղության ինստիտուտի (The Institute for Economics and Peace)՝ հունիսի 1-ին Լոնդոնում հրապարակված հետազոտությունը, որում վերլուծվում Է 163 երկրների իրադրությունը, որտեղ ապրում Է մոլորակի բնակչության 99,7 տոկոսը:
Այս ինդեքսի հիմքում ընկած Է այնպիսի գործոնների հետազոտումը, ինչպիսիք են հասարակության համախմբվածության մակարդակը, մարդու իրավունքների հարգումը, քաղաքական ու տնեսական կայունությունը, ահաբեկչական սպառնալիքի մակարդակը եւ այս կամ այն երկրի մասնակցությունը մարտական գործողություններին:
Հրապարակված տվյալների համաձայն, 93 երկրներ բարելավել են իրենց դիրքերը այն դեպքում, երբ 68 երկրներ զիջել են դիրքերն այդ վարկանիշում: Հետազոտության հեղինակները նշում են դրական դինամիկան, այդ թվում՝ ելնելով դիտարկվող երկրներում պետական ահաբեկչության՝ իրենց կողմից գրանցված ցածր մակարդակից, ինչպես նաեւ Աֆղանստանից օտարերկրյա գործերի մի մասի դուրսբերման հաշվին: Այդուամենայնիվ, զեկույցի հեղինակները նախազգուշացնում են, որ առայժմ վաղ Է խոսել խաղաղության ամրապնդման կայուն միտումի մասին:
«Խաղաղասիրության գլոբալ ինդեքս»-ը հրապարակվում Է վերջին 11 տարիներին: Այս տարի այն արդեն իններորդ անգամ գլխավորել Է Իսլանդիան, նրան հաջորդում են Նոր Զելանդիան եւ Պորտուգալիան, որի համար այդ հորիզոնականը ամենաբարձրն Է վարկանիշի գոյության ողջ պատմության ընթացքում:
Սիրիան երկրորդ տարին անընդմեջ եզրափակում Է «խաղաղասեր երկրների» ցուցակը: Նրան նախորդում են Աֆղանստանը (162-րդ տեղ) եւ Իրաքը (161-րդ տեղ), որոնք վերջին հինգ տարում տեղ են գրավում հետնապահների հնգյակում, Հարավային Սուդանը (160-րդ տեղ) եւ Եմենը (159-րդ տեղ):
Եվրոպական երկրները ութ դիրք են զբաղեցնում առաջին տասնյակում, ինչը Եվրոպան դարձնում Է ամենախաղաղասեր աշխարհամասը, նույնիսկ չնայած առանձին պետություններում ահաբեկչական սպառնալիքի ռեկորդային աճին: Դրական դինամիկան ձեռք Է բերվել հիմնականում կայուն տնտեսական վերելքի շնորհիվ:
Ինչպես նշում Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, վարկանիշում Ռուսաստանի դիրքն անցյալ տարվա համեմատությամբ չի փոխվել, նա զբաղեցնում Է 151-րդ տեղը: Ադրբեջանը 132-րդ տեղում Է, Իրանը՝ 129-րդ: Ուկրաինան ցուցակում բարձրացել Է երկու հորիզոնականով՝ զբաղեցնելով 154-րդ տեղը: ԱՄՆ-ը «Խաղաղասիրության գլոբալ ինդեքս»-ում զբաղեցրել Է 114-րդ տեղը, ինչը 11 կետով ցածր Է, քան անցած տարի:
«Վերջին մեկ տարին տագնապալի Էր Միացյալ Նահանգների համար, որտեղ նախագահական ընտրություններին նախորդած ընտրարշավը լրջորեն պառակտեց ամերիկյան հասարակությունը»,-ասված Է զեկույցում:
