ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանն ուղերձ է հղել Երեխաների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

«Սիրելի մանուկներ,

Հարգելի ծնողներ,

Շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ երեխաների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ:

Ցանկանում եմ, որպեսզի բոլոր մանուկները  մեծանան ընտանիքներում, ստանան ծնողների ջերմությունն ու սերը՝ դառնալով  ապագայի լուսավոր կերտողներ:

Դեռևս տասնամյակներ առաջ ստեղծված այս տոնը յուրաքանչյուր տարին մեկ անգամ հնարավորություն է տալիս բոլորիս ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացնել երեխաների պաշտպանության արդի հիմնախնդիրների վրա, մշակել նոր գաղափարներ, որոնք կդառնան նոր բարեփոխումների և ծրագրերի հիմքը:

Երեխաների պաշտպանության համար պատասխանատու է պետական յուրաքանչյուր մարմին, հասարակության յուրաքանչյուր անդամ, այդ պատճառով նրանց առնչվող մեր բոլոր որոշումները պետք է լինեն երեխայակենտրոն և ուղղված լինեն նրանց համար արժանապատիվ կյանք և ապագա ապահովելուն:

Երեխաները ամենօրյա հոգատարության և ջերմության կարիք ունեն, ու թեև պետությունն այսօր հնարավորինս լավ պայմաններում ապահովում է կյանքի դժվարին իրավիճակում հայտնված երեխաների խնամքը, միևնույն է ընտանեկան միջավայրում ստացած  ջերմությունն ու սերը անփոխարինելի է:

Եվ պատահական չէ, որ երեխաների պաշտպանության ոլորտում այսօր իրականացվող բարեփոխումները միտված են յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի՝ ընտանիքում ապրելու իրավունքի ապահովմանը:

Մեկ անգամ ևս շնորհավորում եմ այս տոնի կապակցությամբ, բոլոր երեխաներին մաղթում եմ առողջություն, անհոգ մանկություն և վառ տպավորություններով լի օր»:
