«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է.

«Եվրամիությունը հստակորեն նշում է այն առանձնահատուկ պայմանները, որոնց բավարարելու դեպքում տվյալ երկիրը կարող է ստանալ առանց մուտքի վիզայի այցելությունների ռեժիմ։ Սակայն մյուս կողմից՝ դա եւս «մրցանակ» է եվրոպամետ քաղաքականության, տվյալ երկրի կառավարության կողմից բարեփոխումների իրականացման, ժողովրդավարության հաստատման համար։

Կարծում եմ, որ Հայաստանը կարող է ստանալ առանց մուտքի վիզայի այցելությունների ռեժիմ, սակայն՝ ոչ մոտ ապագայում։ Երեւանը պետք է ապացուցի, որ ընդունակ է արդիականացնել երկիրը, ժողովրդավարության, մարդու իրավունքների եւ օրենքի գերակայության նկատմամբ ամուր հիմքեր ստեղծել, կառավարման համակարգի կառուցվածքը մոտեցնել Եվրամիության չափանիշերին»,- մեր թղթակցին ասել է Միջազգային հարաբերությունների լեհական ինստիտուտի (Վարշավա) քաղաքական փորձագետ Կոնրադ Զաշտովտը՝ մեկնաբանելով Եվրամիության հետ Հայաստանի վիզային ռեժիմի ազատականացման շուրջ բանակցությունները եւ համաձայնության հասնելու ժամկետները։

Ըստ նրա՝ ամենակարեւորն այն է, թե Հայաստանի իշխանություններն ի՞նչ կանեն Հայաստանի եւ Եվրոպական Միության միջեւ աշնանը Բրյուսելում ստորագրվելիք Համապարփակ եւ ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի հետ, արդյոք կօգտագործե՞ն այդ հնարավորությունը բարեփոխումների համար, թե՞ այն ուղղակի կհամարեն իրենց դիվանագիտական հաջողությունը, որը ոչ մի կապ չունի Հայաստանի ներքին իրադրության հետ։

Թե ինչպես, ի վերջո, կազդի մեր տարածաշրջանում իրադրության վրա եւ՛ Հայաստանի, եւ՛ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Եվրամիության հետ համագործակցության պայմանագրերի ստորագրումը, Կ. Զաշտովտն այդ առումով կարեւորեց նաեւ մյուս հարցերը՝ տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության խնդիրը, Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը. «Եվրամիությունը Երեւանի կամ Բաքվի հետ ստորագրելով համագործակցության ցանկացած փաստաթուղթ՝ հույս է փայփայում տարածաշրջանում գեթ որոշ ազդեցության լծակներ պահպանել եւ կանխել հակամարտության էսկալացիան։ Իհարկե, ցավոք սրտի, այստեղ Բրյուսելն այնքան էլ շատ լծակներ չունի հակամարտող կողմերի վրա»:
