ԱԻՆ-ում քննարկվել է թունաքիմիկատների մեկուսացման ծրագիրը

Հայաստանում թունաքիմիկատների համար նախատեսվում է տրամադրել պահեստային շինություն, որը հնարավորություն կտա ՀՀ-ում ունենալ քիմիական վտանգավոր նյութերի պահպանության պահետային տարածք` համապատասխանեցված բնապահպանական ժամանակակից անվտանգության ապահովման չափանիշներին: Այս հարցը քննարկվել է ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունում մայիսի 31-ին կայ! ացած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, խորհրդակցությունը վարել է ԱԻ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը: Քննարկմանը ներկա էին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Խաչիկ Հակոբյանը, ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման գործակալության ծրագրի տնօրեն Գայանե Ղարաբեբակյանը, Գյուղատնտեսության և Առողջապահության նախարարությունների ներկայացուցիչներ և փորձագետներ:
«Ժամկետանց պեստիցիդների պաշարների ոչնչացում և կայուն օրգանական աղտոտիչներով (ԿՕԱ) վարակված տեղանքների աղտազերծում` քիմիկատների անվտանգ կառավարման» ծրագիրի նպատական է ակտիվ սողանքային գոտում գտնվող Նուբարաշենի թունաքիմիկատների գերեզմանոցում թաղված ԿՕԱ-ների արտաբերումը, փաթեթավորումը և ոչնչացման համար տեղափոխումը անվտանգ մեկուսացված վայր:
Քննարկման ընթացքում հատուկ ընդգծվել է, որ Նուբարաշենի թունաքիմիկատների գերեզմանոցից արտաբերված թունաքիմիկատները պետք է փաթեթավորվեն տեղում միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան ժամանակակից հատուկ տարաներում, որոնք հերմետիկ են և որևէ վտանգ շրջակա միջավայրի համար չեն ներկայացնում:
«Ժամկետանց պեստիցիդների պաշարների ոչնչացում և կայուն օրգանական աղտոտիչներով (ԿՕԱ) վարակված տեղանքների աղտազերծում` քիմիկատների անվտանգ կառավարման» ծրագիրը ստորագրվել է ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության և ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման Գործակալության միջև և ընդգրկված է ՀՀ կառավարության գերակա խնդիրներում: Մինչև ծրագրի ստորագրումը կազմակերպվել են մի քանի հանրային լսումներ, ինչպես ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության և ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության կողմից, այնպես էլ ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման Գործակալության կողմից: Հանրային քննարկումներին մասնակցել են նաև բնապահպանական հարցերով զբաղվող հասարակական կազմակերպությունները:
