Մակրոնի ապտակը

Ինչպես հայտնի է, նախագահ ընտրվելուց հետո, Ֆրանսիայի երիտասարդ առաջնորդը հանդիպում է ունեցել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ։ Ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի, Ղրիմի անեքսիայի ու Սիրիայում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների ֆոնին, Պուտինը մեծապես զգում է Ֆրանսիայի աջակցությունը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ արևմտյան երկրները, հատկապես ՝ ԱՄՆ-ն և Եվրոմիության անդամ պետությունները, մի շարք պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նկատմամբ։ Այդ պատժամիջոցների հետևանքով, Ռուսաստանի տնտեսությունը հայտնվել է ոչ նախանձելի իրավիճակում։ Ինչ խոսք, դրանից տուժում է նաև Հայաստանը, հատկապես ՝ ռուբլու արժեզրկման մասով։ Իսկ դա արդյունք է այն բանի, որ մեր շատ «խելացի» իշխանությունները մեկ գիշերում որոշում են կայացնում կամ էլ, ով իմանա, ինչ-որ կաբինետներում, ինչ-որ վատ հանգամանքներում, ենթարկվում որոշ մարդկանց։
Բայց գանք նորընծա Մակրոնին։ Պուտինը թերևս հույս ուներ, որ կկարողանա Մակրոնին համոզել մի շարք առանցքային հարցերում։ Սակայն արի ու տես, որ երիտասարդը բավականին խոհեմ է։ Ավելին, եթե անգամ Մակրոնն անձնապես ուզենար, շատ չէր կարող աջակցել Պուտինին։
Մակրոնը նախագահ է դարձել Եվրոպական ընտանիքը պահպանելու ու այն զարգացնելու ջատագովության սկզբունքով նաև։ Ուստի, կապված խմբային կամ ընդհանրական հարցերում, նա պարզապես չի կարող Ֆրանսիային դուրս դնել ընդհանուրից։ Թերևս սա էր նաև պատճառը, որ Մակրոնը հանդիպումից հետո արեց հայտարարություն այն մասին, որ հավանական է, պատժամիջոցների խստացում։
Այլ կլիներ իրավիճակը, եթե Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ ընտրվեր Մարի լե Պենը։ Թերևս ազգայնական հողի վրա նա կարող էր կազմակերպել գործընթացներ, որոնց առանցքում կդներ նաև Ֆրանսիայի առանձին արտաքին քաղաքականությունը։ Այստեղ արդեն կարող ենք պնդում անել, որ Ռուսաստանին իրոք շահավետ էր այդ տիկնոջ նախագահ դառնալը և Պուտինի աջակցության շուրջ եղած աղմուկն այդքան էլ անհիմն չէ։
