 ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն այցելել է Հայաստանում ֆրանսիական համալսարան: Լևոն Մկրտչյանը համալսարանի կայացման և կրթական ոլորտում ունեցած մեծ ներդրման  համար նախարարության բարձրագույն պարգևով՝ «Ոսկե հուշամեդալով» պարգևատրել է համալսարանի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ալեքսանդրա Թիրկյուիր Մենսին, վարչաֆինանսական տնօրեն Վաղարշակ Մեյրոյանին և ՀՖՀՀ-ում Ժան Մուլեն Լիոն 3 համալսարա! նի կից դեկան Ժան-Բատիստ Կարտիեին: Միջոցառմանը ներկա է եղել նաև ՀՀ–ում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեն: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով պարգևատրվածներին և համալսարանի ներկայացուցիչներին՝ ԿԳ նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել բուհի ղեկավարությանը կրթական գործի կազմակերպման և ֆրանսիական բուհական փորձի տեղայնացման համար՝  ընդգծելով, որ  Հայաստանի բարձրագույն կրթության բարեփոխումների գործընթացում Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի փորձն օգտակար և կարևոր է:  Լևոն Մկրտչյանի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիական համալսարանը նաև ֆրանկոֆոնիայի կենտրոնի դեր է կատարում և հանդես է գալիս, որպես  ֆրանսիական մշակույթի, արժեքների և լեզվի տարածող. «Հայ ժողովուրդն իր փորձությունների երկարատև ճանապարհին առանձնացրել է հատուկենտ քաղաքակրթություններ, որոնք հարազատ են մեզ, քանի որ դրանց հիմքում կան ընդհանուր արժեքներ: Ֆրանսիական քաղաքակարթությունը մեզ համար թանկ ու բարձր արժեք է և այդ իմաստով Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի գործունեությունը կարևոր է ոչ միայն կրթական, այլ նաև քաղաքակրթական իմաստով»,- իր խոսքում նշել է Լևոն Մկրտչյանը: 

Կարևորելով նախարարության բարձր գնահատականը Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի թիմի կատարած աշխատանքին՝ ՀՀ –ում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեն նշել է, որ այս տարի լրանում է Ֆարնսիայի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25 ամյակը. « Այս տարիների ընթացքում շատ կարևոր իրադարձություններ են տեղի ունեցել, սակայն ֆարնս-հայկական հարաբերություններում ամենահաջողված և վառ արտահայտված իրադարձությունը Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի գոյությունն է»,- նշել է դեսպանը և հավելե! լ, որ Ֆրանսիան պատրաստակամ է շարունակել աջակցությունը Հայաստանի երիտասարդների կրթությանը:
