Պատրաստման եղանակ.
- Ալյուրը, փխրեցուցիչը, սոդան, կակաոն լավ խառնում ենք, ավելացնում շաքարավազը, աղն ու վանիլինը:
- Ձվերը լավ հարում ենք, ավելացնում բուսայուղն ու կաթը և կրկին հարում ենք: Երկու զանգվածները միացնում ենք իրար, ավելացնում խյուսի վերածած բանաններն հալեցրած շոկոլադը և կրկին լավ խառնում ենք:
- Բիսկվիթը լցնում ենք 22 սմ տրամագիծ ունեցող յուղաթղթապատ ձևամանի մեջ և թխում նախօրոք 180 աստիճան տաքացրած ջեռոցում 50 րոպե:
