Թուրքական դատարանը արդարացրել է «պատվո սպանության» գործով հանցագործի եղբայրներին

Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործություններ քննող դատարանը մայիսի 30-ին արդարացնող դատավճիռ է կայացրել Խաթուն Սյուրկյուչիի գործով, որին 2005-ին էին երեք կրակոցներով սպանել Բեռլինի կենտրոնում։ Դատավճիռը կայացվել է քանի որ չկային բավականաչափ հավաստի ու միանշանակ ապացույցներ այն մասին, որ աղջկա եղբայրները նրա սպանության հանցակիցներն են եղել։ Բացի դրանից եղբայրներից մեկին արդարացրել են զենքի ապօրինի պահման հոդվածով։

Ավելի վաղ դատախազությունը հաստատել էր, որ Այխան Սյուրյուչին, որին մեղավոր էին ճանաչել այսպես կոչված «պատվի սպանության» գործով, հանցագործության էր դիմել երկու եղբայրների ցուցումներով։

Խաթուն Սյուրյուչին ծնվել է թուրքական քրդերի ընտանիքում, բայց մեծացել է Գերմանիայում։ 1998-ին դեռ անչափահաս Խաթունին հարկադրաբար ամուսնացրել են Թուրքիայում բնակվող նրա զարմիկի հետ։ Մեկ տարի հետո Խաթունը Բեռլին է եկել, որպեսզի երեխային լավ կլինիկայում ծննդաբերի։ Նա որոշել է այլեւս չվերադառնալ Թուրքիա։ Կես տարի հետո Խաթունը հեռացել է ծնողներից, որպեսզի սովորի, իսկ 2005-ի փետրվարի 7-ին նրան սպանել են փողոցում՝ գլխի մասում երեք կրակոցներով։

Ոստիկանությունը այն ժամանակ ձերբակալել էր աղջկա կրտսեր եղբորը՝ Այխան Սյուրյուչիին, որը խոստովանել էր մեղավորությունը։ Դատարանում նա ասե լ էր, որ քրոջը սպանել էր, քանի որ նա խայտառակել է ընտանիքը։ Իսկ ավագ եղբայրներին դատախազությունը մեղադրում էր որպես հանցագործության հանցակիցների։ Քննիչների վարկածով Այխանը ամբողջ մեղավորությունը ստանձնել էր, որպեսզի եղբայրներին ազատի երկարատեւ ազատազրկումից։ Այխանը անչափահաս էր , դրա համար էլ բեռլինյան դատարանը նրան ազատազրկել էր 9 տարի 3 ամսով ։ Այխանն իր պատիժը Գերմանիայում է կրել։ Իսկ նրա եղբայրների գործով վերջնական դատավճիռը պետք է թուրքական դատարանը կայացներ։
