Բրյուսելում կայացել է մարդու իրավունքների շուրջ ՀՀ-ԵՄ երկխոսության ութերորդ հանդիպումը

Բրյուսելում մայիսի 29-ին կայացավ Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական միության միջև Մարդու իրավունքների շուրջ երկխոսության ութերորդ հանդիպումը:Հայաստանի Հանրպետության պատվիրակությունը գլխավորում էր ՀՀ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Նազարյանը: Նիստին մասնակցում էին նաև ՀՀ նախարարությունների և պետական գերատեսչությունների պաշտոնյաներ և ներկայացուցիչներ: Նիստին հրավիրված էր մասնակցելու նաև ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արմ! ան Թաթոյանը: ԵՄ պատվիրակությունը գլխավորում էր Արտաքին Գործողությունների Եվրոպական Ծառայության Արևելյան Գործընկերության բաժնի ղեկավար Դիրկ Շուբելը, մասնակցում էին նաև Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի մի շարք տնօրինությունների ներկայացուցիչներ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:
Երկխոսությունը կայացավ բաց և կառուցողական մթնոլորտում: Կողմերը քննարկեցին փոխադարձ հետաքրքրության և մտահոգության մի շարք հարցեր: Արձանագրվեց Հայաստանում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ու խթանման ուղղությամբ բարեփոխումների գործընթացում ձեռք բերված առաջընթացը: Քննարկվեցին նաև սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների արդյունքում մի շարք օրենքներում իրականացվելիք փոփոխությունների հարցերը, Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության գործողությունների ծրագրի ընթացքը, ընտրական գործընթացներին, ընտրական օրենսդրությանը, քաղաքական ու քաղաքացիական! ազատություններին և քաղհասարակության մասնակցությանն առնչվող հարցեր: Անդրադարձ կատարվեց նաև միջազգային կազմակերպությունների՝ մասնավորապես ՄԱԿ-ի, ԵԱՀԿ և Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի հետ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում համագործակցության հնարավորություններին և խնդիրներին:
Կողմերը վերահաստատեցին իրենց հանձնառությունը վերոնշյալ և մարդու իրավունքներին առնչվող մի շարք այլ ուղղություններով համագործակցությունը շարունակելու և հիմնարար ազատությունների նկատմամբ հարգանքն ու ժողովրդավարությունը պետական, հանրային և միջազգային մակարդակներում խթանելու ուղղությամբ: Հիմք ընդունելով ընդհանուր արժեքները` կողմերն ընդգծեցին Հայաստանում բարեփոխումների հետագա խթանման համար ԵՄ աջակցության կարևոր նշանակությունը:
Մարդու իրավունքների շուրջ ԵՄ-Հայաստան երկխոսությունը հաստատվել է 2009 թվականի դեկտեմբերին: Հանդիպումները հաջորդաբար տեղի են ունենում տարեկան մեկ անգամ՝ Երևանում և Բրյուսելում:
