ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործեր են հարուցվել ոստիկանների  և քննիչների կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելու և լիազորություններն անցնելու դեպքերի առթիվ տարբեր քաղաքացիներից ստացված դիմումների և հաղորդումների հիման վրա: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Այսպես, քրեական գործերից մեկը հարուցվել է Երևանի բնակիչ Կ. Ս.-ի դիմումների հիման վրա: Վերջինս Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությանը հայտնել է, որ ՀՀ ՔԿ Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում վարույթն իրականացնող քննիչն անտեսել է իր կողմից հայերեն գրավոր լեզվին չտիրապետելու փաստը և իր մասնակցությամբ կատարված առերես հարցաքննությունների ժամանակ թարգմանչի մասնակցությունը չի ապահովել. քննիչը թարգմանչին հրավիրել է միայն հարցաքննությունների ավարտից հետո, ով առանց արձանագրությունների բովանդակությանը ծանոթանալու ստորագրել և հեռացել է: Բացի այդ, Կ. Ս.-ի և գործով վկայի միջև կատարված առերես հարցաքննության ընթացքում վերջինս նրան սպանության սպառնալիք է տվել, որը հիշյալ քննիչը, չնայած Կ. Ս.-ի բազմաթիվ խնդրանքներին, չի ներառել արձանագրությունում:

Հիշյալ դեպքի առթիվ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Մյուս քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ ԱՆ Հրազդան ՔԿՀ-ի կալանավոր Ա. Մ.-ի հաղորդման հիման վրա: Վերջինս հայտնել է, որ 13.03.2017թ.-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի մի խումբ աշխատակիցներ առանց դատարանի համապատասխան որոշման խուզարկել են իր բնակության վայրը, ապա բաճկոնի գրպանից հայտնաբերել հափշտակված իրեր, որոնք այդ պահին չեն արձանագրել: Այնուհետև իրեն բերման են ենթարկել բաժին և շուրջ 20 ժամ ապօրինի պահել այնտեղ:

Վերը նշված դեպքի առթիվ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ և 309-րդ հոդվածների 1-ին մասերով:

Պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից  իրենց լիազորություններն անցնելու ևս մեկ քրեական գործ էլ հարուցվել է Արտաշատ քաղաքի բնակիչ Դ. Գ.-ի հաղորդման հիման վրա:  Վերջինս Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությանը հայտնել է, որ իր գումարները հափշտակած նախկին ծանոթների կողմից ծեծի ենթարկվելու վերաբերյալ Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում վարույթն իրականացնող քննիչն ու ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության աշխատակիցը փորձել են համոզել, որ չբողոքի իրեն ծեծի ենթարկած անձանց դեմ:

Հիշյալ դեպքի առթիվ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 309-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
