Հոլիվուդյան դերասան Ջորջ Քլունին ասել է, որ կինը՝ Ամալ Քլունին իրեն արգելել է մասնակցել իր իսկ համահիմնադրած մարդասիրական «Օսկարի» մրցանակաբաշխությանը՝ իրենց զույգ երեխաների մոտ ապագայում ծնվելու պատճառով։
Ինչպես գրում է Daily Mail-ը, 56-ամյա Քլունին մարդասիրական «Ավրորա» հեղինակավոր մրցանակի հիմնադիներից է, որը տրվում է ամեն տարի այն մարդկանց, ովքեր իրենց գործողություններով փրկել են անհամար կյանքեր։
Դերասանը «Ավրորա» մրցանակի ընտրական հանձնաժողովի համանախագահն է, որն այս տարի 1,1մլն դոլարով է պարգևատրել բժիշկ Թոմ Քատինային, ով Դուդանի պատերազմական գոտում գտնվող շրջանի 750 հազար մարդկանց միակ բժիշկն է։
Այս տարի Հայաստանում «Օսկարի» ոճով ու ճոխությամբ անցկացված միջոցառմանը Քլունին վիդեոուղերձ է հղել ու ասել, որ ինքն այնտեղ է հոգով, սակայն իր 39-ամյա կինն իրեն երբեք չէր ների, եթե նա իրենց զույգ երեխաների ծնվելու պահին չլիներ նրա կողքին։
«Ես իսկապես կլինեի այդտեղ (Երևանում), բայց եթե հանկարծ ես վերադառնայի ու այդ ընթացքում կինս զույգ երեխաներին լույս աշխարհ բերած լիներ, ապա ես երբեք չէի կարողանա տուն վերադառնալ»,-ասել է Քլունին։
Հաղորդվում է, որ Քլունիները զույգ երեխաների ծնունդին սպասում են մոտ օրերս՝ մինչև հունիսի առաջին շաբաթը, սակայն երեխաները կարող են լույս աշխարհ գալ ամեն պահի։
