ԱՄՆ-ն Մերձավոր Արևելքում «թիրախավորել» է Իրանին

Համաշխարհային հանրությունը պետք է «համակարգված ջանքեր» նախաձեռնի Մերձավոր Արևելքում Իրանի գործողություններին հակազդելու համար: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է ազգային անվտանգության գծով ԱՄՆ նախագահի խորհրդական Հերբերտ Մաքմասթերը:

ԱՄՆ-ն իր մերձավորարևելյան քաղաքականության առանցքում դնում է Իրանին հակազդելու, իրանաֆոբիա տարածելով` արաբական երկրներն ընդդեմ այդ երկրի միավորելու համար ու ստեղծել կոալիցիաներ, փորձել «կտրել» Իրանին շիայական համայնքներից ու տապալել իրանամետ ռեժիմները` Ասադին՝ Սիրիայում, սպառել Լիբանանի «Հզբոլահ» խմբավորումը, Սիրիայում՝ ԻՊ-ի, իսլամիստական այլ խմբերի հետ մարտերում, ինչպես նաև Սաուդյան Արաբիայի գումարներով Իրանում ֆինանսավորել և տարածել անջատողականություն։

ԱՄՆ-ն կարող է օգտագործել նաև քրդական գործոնն` ապակայունացնելու համար թե՛ Իրանը` Իրանական Քրդստանը, ինչպես նաև Մեծ Քրդստան ստեղծելով «կտրել» Իրանին, Թուրքիայի տարածքով էներգակիրներ արտահանելու հնարավորություններից` քրդերի օգնությամբ պայթեցնելով Թուրքիա-Իրան նավթա և գազամուղները. այդպիսի նախադեպեր եղել են։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Սաուդյան Արաբիան ԱՄՆ-ից 109.7 մլրդ դոլարի սպառազինում կգնի: BBC-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս մասին թվիթերյան էջում հայտնել է Սպիտակ տան մամլո քարտուղար Շոն Սփայսերը:

ԱՄՆ-ի պատմության մեջ սա զենքի վաճառքի խոշորագույն համաժամանակյա պայմանագիրն է:

Ինչպես ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը մայիսի 20-ին պայմանագիր է կնքել Էր Ռիադ կատարած այցի ժամանակ: Գործարքի համաձայն` Սաուդյան թագավորությունը մտադիր է 150 Black Hawk մակնիշի ուղղաթիռ գնել` 6 մլրդ դոլար ընդհանուր արժեքով:
Էր Ռիադը մտադիր է գնել նաև տանկեր, հրետանային սարքավորումներ, զինտեխնիկա, առափնյա փրկարար ծառայության նավեր, Patriot և THAAD հակահրթիռային համալիրներ:

Թրամփի վարչակազմը որդեգրել է Իրանին տարածաշրջանում մեկուսացնելու` ազդեցության ավանդական գոտիներում սահմանափակելու ռազմավարությունը։ Այդ ռազմավարության շրջանակների մեջ է տեղավորվում նաև Սաուդյան Արաբիային ինտենսիվորեն զինելու վերոնշյալ քայլը։ Սաուդյան Արաբիան Իրանի աշխարհաքաղաքական հակառակորդն է. երկուսն էլ ձգտում են առաջատար դիրքերում հանդես գալ իսլամական աշխարհում, ինչպես նաև թելադրող լինել Մեծ Մերձավոր Արևելքում։
Ծոցի արաբական պետությունները միավորված են նաև ռազմական դաշինքի մեջ, որը հաճախակի անվանում են նաև Ծոցի ՆԱՏՕ, իսկ այդ միավորման առանցքային երկիրը հենց Սաուդյան Արաբիան է։ Այս պահին Արաբական ՆԱՏՕ-ն իր ուժերն է փորձարկում Եմենում` պայքարելով տեղի իրանամետ հոուսիտների դեմ, սակայն մեծամասամբ ապարդյուն։
ԱՄՆ-ը Ծոցի տարածաշրջանում հրահրում է սպառազինությունների մրցավազք. Իրանը ստիպված է լինելու Սաուդյան Արաբիայից հետ չմնալու համար մեծ գումարներ հատկացնել սպառազինություններին` զարգացնելով թե՛ սեփական ռազմա-արդյունաբերական համալիրը, թե՛ գնել համապատասխան զենքեր այլ շուկաներում, այդ թվում՝ ՌԴ-ում։

Վաշինգտոնը աշխարհաքաղաքական առումով շահում է` միմյանց դեմ հրահրելով երկու իսլամական տերություններին, իսկ տնտեսական առումով շահում են ամերիկյան ռազմա-արդյունաբերական համալիրն ու Պենտագոնի լոբբին, որի դիրքերը ուժեղ են Թրամփի «բազեների» շրջանում կամ վարչակազմի այն հատվածում, որոնց կոչում են «ուժայիններ»։
