Ոստիկանությունն ու ՊԵԿ–ը միմյանց «պատերա՞զմ» են հայտարարել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Օրերս իրավապահ մարմինների մի հայտարարություն կայծակնային արագությամբ տարածվեց լրատվամիջոցներով ու ողջ համացանցով:
Հայտարարության մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասվում էր.
«Ստացված տվյալների հիման վրա ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ գլխավոր վարչությունում կաշառք ստանալու, կաշառք տալու, կաշառքի միջնորդության և առևտրային կաշառք ստանալու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի նախաքննության կատարումը ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կողմից հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությանը:
ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ գլխավոր վարչության աշխատակիցների և ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչների կողմից ձեռնարկված համատեղ օպերատիվ և քննչական բազմածավալ գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա 25.05.2017 թ. ձերբակալվել են մաքսային միջնորդական (բրոքերական) ծառայություններ իրականացնող ՍՊԸ–ի տնօրենը և ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ «Բավրա» մաքսակետի պետը:
Քրեական գործով կատարվում են անհետաձգելի բազմածավալ քննչական գործողություններ»:
Մեկնաբանություններ եղան, թե ոստիկանությունը երևի պատերազմ է հայտարարել Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեին: Այս միտքը, իհարկե, անհիմն ու մերկապարանոց է հնչում:
Սակայն «Փաստ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեն 50 միլիոն դրամի ակտ է գրել «Արսուգրիգ» ՍՊԸ–ի վրա, որի տերը Հովհաննես Հրաչի Պողոսյանն է: Հետո՞ ինչ, կասեք:
Բանն այն է, որ Հովհաննեսը ՀՀ ոստիկանապետի առաջին տեղակալ, գեներալ–լեյտենանտ Հունան Հրաչի Պողոսյանի հարազատ եղբայրն է:
Չարախնդացողները կարող են ասել՝ դե ոստիկանները ձերբակալեցին «Բավրայի» մաքսակետի պետ Երեմ Մարգարյանին, ՊԵԿ–ն էլ «մուռը» հանեց փոխոստիկանապետից:
Բայց երեկ երրորդ գործողությունն էլ է կատարվել:
«Փաստի» տվյալներով՝ Հովհաննես Պողոսյանին 50 միլիոնով տուգանելուց հետո, երեկ հետաքրքիր իրադարձություններ են տեղի ունեցել Դեղատան փողոցում:
Բանն այն է, որ ՊԵԿ–ի աշխատակիցների ավտոմեքենաները (պետական և մասնավոր) կայանված են այս փողոցում: Ու ոստիկանությունը երեկ իսկական գրոհ էր կազմակերպել այս ավտոմեքենաների վրա:
Սխալ կայանելու համար բազմաթիվ վարորդներ տուգանվել են, ոմանց ավտոմեքենաները տուգանային հրապարակ են տեղափոխվել:
Բանը հասել է դիվանբաշուն: Երկու կողմերի ղեկավարներին տեղեկացրել են «պատերազմական» իրավիճակի մանրամասները:
