Գաղտնք չէ, որ Հայաստանում ամենափակ կառույցը դա բանակն է։ Իշխանությունն այս հարցում ինչ ուզի, դա կասի։ Պետական անվտանգություն, պետական գաղտնիք և այլն։ Սակայն, հակառակ կողմից եթե նայենք իրերի ընթացքին, ապա կտեսնենք բավականին մեծ հակասություններ։

Նորանշանակ նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանն հայտարարել է մի դատափետված ծրագրի կամ գաղափարի մասին, որը կոչվում է՝ Մեկ ազգ, մեկ բանակ։ Այսինքն, ստացվում է, աբսուրդ։ Ազգն ու բանակը նույնացվում են, բայց ազգի մի զգալի մասն իրավունք չունի թափանցիկ տեղեկություն ստանալ բանակի մասին։ Բոլորն են հիշում ջրահեղձ եղած տղաներին։ Այս դեպքի հետ կապված, Մովսես Հակոբյանը հայտարարել է, որ ՊԲ հյուսիս-արեւելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասում երեք ժամկետային զինծառայողների ջրահեղձման դեպքով պաշտոնից ազատվել են զորամասի հրամանատարը եւ նրա երկու տեղակալները:

Գանք Իսրայելին։ Ցանկացած զոհի պարագայում, իսրայելյան բանակում, դա կլինի ռազմական գործողության, թե միջանձնային հարաբերությունների հիմքի վրա, պատասխանատվություն է կրում անմիջական ղեկավարից մինչև բարձր էշելոնում հանգրվանած ռազմական պաշտոնյան։ Շատ դեպքերում, այդ պատասխանատվությունը կրում է քրեական բնույթ։

Պաշտոնյան պետք է ապացուցի, որ ինքն ամեն ինչ արել է օրենքի տառին համաձայն և իր իրավասությունների շրջանակում։ Իսկ Հայաստանում...

Ինչ ասես, բավարարվում են պաշտոնազրկումով, կամ մի պաշտոնից մյուսին տեղափոխելով։ Սա բացառիկ մառազմատիկ իրողություն է։ Այսպես պարզապես չի կարելի։ Եթե զինվորը ինքնասպան է լինում, իսկ մեր բանակում նման դեպքերը քիչ չեն։

Ամբողջ սպայական կազմը պետք է պատասխան տա, թե ու՞ր էին իրենք, երբ այդ զինվորին հասցնում էին ինքնասպանության։

Հայաստանը և հասարակությունը չի կայանա այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ մարդը ՝ այս դեպքում սահման պաշտպանող քաղաքացին ՝ զինվորը, չեն դիտարկվի բարձրագույն արժեք։
