Սրտանոթային համակարգի խնդիրները Հայաստանում և աշխարհում ամենատարածվածն են: Դրա համար կան բազմաթիվ պատճառներ: Ներկայացնում ենք սրտանոթային համակարգի կամ սրտի հիվանդությունների այն նախանշանները, որոնց դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ դիմել բժշկի օգնությանը:
Ցավեր կրծքավանդակի շրջանում
Կրծքավանդակի շրջանում ցավերը, հավանաբար, ամենատարածված պատճառներից է, երբ մարդը գնում է սրտաբանի մոտ: Կրծքավանդակի շրջանում ցավերը կարող են սրտի հիվանդությունների նախանշան լինել: Ընդ որում, հաճախ այն կարող է ցավեցնել մեջքի կողմից և ձեզ կարող է թվալ, թե դա կապված է ողնաշարի հետ կամ ասենք թոքերի: Ցավերը կարող են լինել նաև ձախ ուսի շրջանում և նույնիսկ պարանոցի մոտ, բայց բոլոր այս դեպքերում, հավանականությունը մեծ է, որ դա սրտանոթային համակարգի խնդիր է:
Հևոցներ ու շնչառության անբավարարություն
Այս նշանները հիմնական կարդիոլոգիական ախտանշաններից են: Սակայն հաճախ բավական դժվար է պարզել՝ դա թոքերի խնդիր է, սրտի, թե մեկ այլ օրգանի: Լարված շնչառություն կամ հևոցը կարող է առաջանալ նաև ծանր ֆիզիկական աշխատանք կատարելիս, սակայն եթե դա պարբերական բնույթ է կրում, մասնավորապես երբ դուք հանգիստ վիճակում եք, ապա անհրաժեշտ է դիմել բժշկի օգնությանը:
Ուշաթափություն
Ուշաթափությունը հիմնականում լինում է, երբ բավարար քանակությամբ արյուն չի հասնում ուղեղին: Ուշաթափությունը կարող է առաջանալ օրինակ, երբ դուք չափից բարձր ջերմաստիճան ունեցող տարածքում եմ գտնվում, կամ օրինակ որևէ հարված ստանալու պարագայում:
Սակայն երբ ուշաթափությունը վրա է հասնում շատ արագ և առանց դրան նախորդող որևէ նշանների ու պատճառների, ապա դա սրտանոթային համակարգի կամ սրտի խնդիր է: Դա հաճախ տեղի է ունենում սրտի աշխատանքի շեղումների դեպքում՝ երբ դրանք փոխակերպվում են այսպես կոչված մեխանիկական խնդիրների: Հենց այդ պատճառով, երբեք չի կարելի անտեսել ուշաթափության երևույթը:
Սրտանոթային համակարգի կոլապսացիա
Այս դեպքում, երևույթը անվանել նախանշան սխալ է, սա արդեն ուղղակի ուղերձ է , որ ձեր սիրտը չի աշխատում: Այն հաճախ նաև կոչում են հանակարծահաս կարդիոլոգիական մահ: Առաջին հերթին «զոհը» ուշաթափություն է ունենում, այնուհետև բացակայում է պուլպացիան և նա դադարում է շնչել: Չի բացառվում, որ պուպացիա լինի, սակայն տուժողը չշնչի՝ կամ հակառակը: Այս պարագայում միակ փրկությունը անհապաղ շտապօգնություն կանչելն է:
Առիթմիա
Սրտի զարկերը անկանոն են կամ դրանք շատ թույլ են կամ չափից ավելի ուժեղ: Սա սրտի առիթմիայի առաջին ախտորոշիչներն են: Իհարկե, առիթմիա կարող է առաջանալ նաև, եթե ծանր ֆիզիկական աշխատանք եք կատարում կամ օրինակ չափազանց վատ դրության մեջ եք հայտնվել, երբ գերակշռում է վախը կամ անհանգստությունը, սակայն եթե դա պարբերական բնույթ է կրում, ապա ժամանակն է դիմել բժշկի:
Այտուցներ
Այտուցները առաջանում են վատ նյութափոխանակության և արյան շրջանառության դեպքում: Օրինակ, եթե դրանք առաջանում են ոտքերի վրա, ապա դա կարող է վարիկոզ լինել, եթե դրանք սիմետրիկ են և երկու ոտքերին էլ առաջացել են նույնանման, ապա դա կարող է կապված լինել սրտանոթային համակարգի խնդիրների հետ: Այս պարագայում տեսողական նշաններով դժվար է պարզել բուն պատճառը: Այդ պատճառով անհրաժեշտ է դիմել բժշկի:
