Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել հանրապետության տոնի առթիվ: Ինչպես հայտնում եմ Մայր Աթոռի տեղեկատվական համակարգից՝ կաթողիկոսն իր ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, նշել է. 

 «Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնից Հայրապետական Մեր օրհնությունն ու շնորհավորանքներն ենք բերում հայրենաբնակ և աշխարհասփյուռ մեր ժողովրդին՝ Հանրապետության օրվա առիթով:

Այսօր տոնախմբում ենք Հայաստանի առաջին Հանրապետության հռչակման 99-րդ տարեդարձը, հարգանքի տուրք ենք մատուցում մայիսյան որոշիչ գոյամարտերին իրենց մասնակցությունը բերած և հաղթանակի հասած մեր ազգի հերոս զավակներին և ոգեկոչում նրանց անմահ հիշատակը: Այս տոնակատարությունները մեզ հիշեցնում են հայկական զորամիավորումների և մարտի դաշտ դուրս ելած ժողովրդի հերոսական ոգին, հայրենիքը պաշտպանելու միասնական կամքը:

 Գևորգ Ե Հայրապետի վեհապանծ և ոգևորիչ խոսքով քաջալերված և հաղթանակի անսպառ հույսը շաղախած Սուրբ Էջմիածնի աստվածականչ զանգերի թնդյուններին՝ հայ զորականները, հոգևորականներն ու աշխարհականները իրենց պայքարը պսակեցին հաղթանակներով, որոնց պտուղը եղավ առաջին Հանրապետության հռչակումը: 

 Սիրելինե՛ր, մենք ժառանգորդներն ենք այդ հաղթական ճակատամարտերին մասնակից հերոսների, ներկայիս Հանրապետությունը ժառանգությունն է այդ քաջ մարտիկների հայրենանվեր գործերի: Այս ամենը մեզ մղում է անցյալի փորձառությամբ պարտավորեցնող միասնականության, նախանձախնդրության ու նվիրումի՝ զորացնելու ու շենացնելու մեր երկիրը և կերտելու խաղաղ կյանքը մեր ժողովրդի: 

Աղոթում ենք, որ Ամենազոր Տերը Իր Սուրբ Աջի հովանու ներքո անսասան պահի մեր պետականությունը, պահպանի աշխարհասփյուռ ազգս հայոց՝ արդյունավորելով ի սեր հայրենյաց մեր բոլոր ջանքերը»:
