Վարչապետը ներկա է գտնվել «Level Up» միջազգային ուսանողական գիտաժողովին

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը ներկա է գտնվել Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի ուսանողական խորհրդի և Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի նախաձեռնությամբ մայիսի 26-28-ը Ծաղկաձորում անցկացվող «Level Up» միջազգային ուսանողական գիտաժողովին:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով գիտաժողովի մասնակիցներին՝ վարչապետը կարևորել է տարբեր երկրներից ժամանած ուսանողների և գիտնականների մասնակցությամբ նման հարթակներում հանդիպումների կազմակերպումը: «Նմանատիպ հանդիպումներում ակտիվ, համանման հետաքրքրություններ ունեցող մարդիկ կարող ենարդյունավետ քննարկումներ անցկացնել, շփումներ կազմակերպել: Շատդեպքերում նման հանդիպումների կիրառական արդյունքը լինում է ավելիմեծ, քան հետազոտություններ իրականացնելու ընթացքում: Դուք ունեքհետաքրքիր և հեռանկարային ապագա և ցանկանում եմ, որ այսգիտաժողովից հետո այդ համոզմունքը ձեզ մոտ մեծանա, որովհետև այսօր աշխարհը կանգնած է մեծ մարտահրավերների առջև: Յուրաքանչյուրդարաշրջան, ժամանակահատված ունի իր մարտահրավերները, բայց այսօրդրանք որակապես այլ են»,- ասել է Կարեն Կարապետյանը: Կառավարության ղեկավարի խոսքով, այսօր կան կասկածներ՝ կապված կառավարման համակարգի հետ և երկրները կանգնած են խնդիրների առջև, թե ինչպե՞ս կառավարել, ո՞րն է լինելու պետության, հասարակության դերը: «Կարծում եմ, որ պետք է գտնել այն բալանսավորված կետը, որի դեպքում վստահենք լինելու, որ պետությունն ու հասարակությունը զարգանալու են ճիշտ ուղղությամբ: Կոչ եմ անում նման հարթակներ շատ ստեղծել, որպեսզիհանդիպեք, զրուցեք, 2-3-օրվա քննարկումները կարող են հավասար լինել մեկ տարվա ձեր հետազոտությունների իրականացմանը»,- ասել է վարչապետը՝ գիտաժողովի մասնակիցներին մաղթելով արդյունավետ աշխատանք:
Այնուհետև Կարեն Կարապետյանը լսել է գիտաժողովի մասնակիցների մի քանի զեկույցներ, պատասխանել նրանց հետաքրքրող տարբեր հարցերի:
«Տնտեսագիտությունն ավելի լավ տնտեսություն ունենալու համար» խորագրով գիտաժողովին մասնակցում է աշխարհի 14 երկրի շուրջ 100 ուսանող ու երիտասարդ գիտնական՝ Հայաստանից, Արցախից, Ռուսաստանից, Ուկրաինայից, Վրաստանից, Հնդկաստանից, Սիրիայից և այլն: Աշխատանքային երեք օրվա ընթացքում գիտաժողովի մասնակիցները հանդես են գալիս զեկույցներով և մրցութային 3 բաժիններում ներկայացնում միջազգային տնտեսական հարաբերությունների և ազգային մրցունակության բարձրացման հարցերին վերաբերող զեկույցներ:
