Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության մայրաքաղաք  Մոսկվայում ապրիլի 28-ին կայացած Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի, Սերգեյ Լավրովի և Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հանդիպման ժամանակ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում յոթ հոգով ավելացնելու միջազգային դիտորդների թիվը: Այս մասի ն ադրբեջանական APA գործակալության հետ զրույցում նշել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի ռուսաստանցի համանախագահ Իգոր Պոպովը:

«Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել յոթ հոգով ավելացնելու միջազգային դիտորդների թիվը: Դրան երկու կողմերը համաձայն են: Սակայն պահպանվում են տարաձայնությունները որոշ դետալների վերաբերյալ, ներառյալ դիտորդների տեղակայման վայրերի, նրանց ֆինանսավորելու կարգի և այլ տեխնիկական հարցերի շուրջ: Այդ հարցերի համաձայնեցման ուղղությամբ ներկայումս զբաղված  է ԵԱՀԿ ավստրիական նախագահությունը կազմակերպության քարտուղարության համապատասխան կառույցների հետ միասին, ինչպես նաև՝ կողմերի ներկայացուցիչները»,- նշեց Պոպովը:

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի ռուսաստանցի համանախագահի խոսքով` այս հանդիպմանը բեկում տեղի չունեցավ,սակայն կողմերը երկարատև դադարից հետո կարողացան կրկին հանդիպել և մտքեր փոխանակել խնդրահարույց հարցերի շուրջ և հստակեցնել միմյանց դիրքորոշումները:

Իգոր Պոպովը հայտնել է նաև, որ առաջիկայում Մինսկի խումբը պատրաստվում է այցելել տարածաշրջան՝ հակամարտող կողմերի միջև հետագա շփումները քննարկելու նպատակով:
