ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել շրջանավարտներին Վերջին զանգի կապակցությամբ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ուղերձում ասվում է.

շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ դպրոցական ուսումնական տարվա ավարտի եւ ձեր կյանքի նոր ու կարեւոր շրջափուլի մեկնարկի առթիվ:
Այժմ ձեզանից պահանջվելու է ավելի հետեւողականորեն համադրել հնարավորությունները, ունակությունները եւ կարողությունները, մտքի ու մարմնի ջանքերը, ավելի ուշադիր ականջալուր լինել թե՛ խորհուրդներին եւ թե՛ ներքին ձայնին, սառնասրտությամբ եւ զգացմունքներով առաջնորդվելով, միեւնույն ժամանակ, երբեք չդավաճանել խղճի ձայնին:
Այդ ամենի հանրագումարում դուք հաստատ կհասնեք ձեր նպատակներին, որոնք, անձնական լինելով, պիտի լինեն նաեւ ողջ ազգի շահերից բխող, ընտանեկան լինելով` նաեւ ողջ երկրի շահերին համապատասխանող: Ձեր ընտանեկան օջախներում եւ, իհարկե, դպրոցում ստացած դաստիարակությունը, ձեր ծնողների եւ ուսուցիչների խորհուրդները, ձեռք բերած ու դեռ հարստանալու լայն հորիզոն ունեցող գիտելիքներն ու փորձը, վստահաբար, օգտակար են լինելու ձեր կյանքի բոլոր փուլերում եւ մասնավորապես առաջիկա հատվածում: Այն կայանալու, ձեւավորվելու, նորովի խորհելու, մտածելու եւ գործելու մի ժամանակահատված է, որը դառնալու է վճռորոշ եւ ուղղորդիչ հետագա ողջ տարիների համար:
