ԵԽ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահն այցելել է Երևանի թիվ 1 տարածաշրջանային քոլեջ

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը և տարածաշրջանային այցով Հայաստան ժամանած Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Դեյվիդ Մաքալիսթերի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն այցելել են Երևանի թիվ 1 տարածաշրջանային քոլեջ,  որը մրցութային կարգով ընդգրկված է Եվրոպական միության բյուջետային աջակցության ծրագրով նախատեսված 12 բազմագործառութային քոլեջների ցանկում։  Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:

Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահը նշել է, որ իր գլխավորած պատվիրակության կազմում են Գերմանիայի, Լատվիայի, Խորվաթիայի և մի շարք այլ երկրների ներկայացուցիչներ: «Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի պատվիրակությունը երկօրյա այցով գտնվում է Հայաստանում՝ ծանոթանալու երկրում տիրող իրավիճակին: ԵՄ-ն իր ծրագրերով  աջակցում է նման կրթօջախներին. այս քոլեջն իր ուսումնական գործընթացը կազմակերպում է Գերմանիայում և ԵՄ այլ երկրներում շատ մեծ հաջողություն ունեցող համակարգի փորձի վրա: Շատ կարևոր է երիտասարդների ապագայի համար՝ նրանց տալ մասնագիտական լավ որակավորում: Եվ գիտակցելով դրա կարևորությունը՝ ԵՄ-ն մշտապես աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում միջին մասնագիտական կրթության ոլոորտին, և երիտասարդությանը՝ որպես Հայաստանի ապագա: Առհասարակ, ԵՄ-ն ցանկանում է օգնել Հայաստանի զարգացմանը: Այս երկիրն ունի սքանչելի երիտասարդություն, և ես մաղթում եմ, որպեսզի նրանք  ունենան երջանիկ ապագա՝ ժողովրդավար և բարգավաճ Հայաստանում»,-նշել է նա:

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Լևոն Մկրտչյանի խոսքով՚ ԵՄ-ն տարիներ շարունակ մեծ և անշահախնդիր աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում Հայաստանի կրթական համակարգին: «Այդ օգնությունը հիմնականում դրամաշնորհների ձևով է, որոնք իրականացվում են մի շարք ուղղություններով: Այստեղ կարևոր տեղ ունի նախնական և միջին մասնագիտական կրթության ոլոորտին ցուցաբերվող աջակցությունը՝ և կրթական ծրագրերի, և ուսհաստատությունների հիմնման տեսանկյունից: Այսօր ունենք կոնկրետ ծրագիր՝ Հայաստանում ուժեղացնել միջին մասնագիտական ուսհաստատությունները, և սա ԵՄ-ի և ՄԱԿ-ի որոշակի աջակցությամբ իրականացվող այն հեռանկարային և իսկապես կարևոր ծրագրերից մեկն է, որի միջոցով զարգանալու է մեր վաղվա աշխատաշուկան»,-նշել է Լևոն Մկրտչյանը:

Երևանի թիվ 1 տարածաշրջանային քոլեջի տնօրեն Պարույր Սանթրոսյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ ԵՄ աջակցության ծրագիրը մեկնարկել է դեռևս 2007 թվականին: «Ծրագրի շրջանակում չորս տարիների ընթացքում քոլեջի շենքը վերանորոգվել է, թարմացվել ուսումնական հաստատության նյութատեխիկական բազան: Արդյունքում ունենք ակնհայտ տարբերություն. եթե 2006 թվականին քոլեջի սովորողների թիվը կազմում էր 60-70 հոգի, ապա ներկայումս այն հասնում է 460-470-ի: Կարծում եմ, որ քոլեջի հաջողությունը պայմանավորված է ոչ միայն լավ շենքային պայմաններով, այլ նաև այն մթնոլորտով, որ հաջողվել է ստեղծ ել քոլեջում՝ հարգանքի վրա հիմնված ուսանող-դասախոս հարաբերություններ, աշխատաշուկայի համար որակյալ կադրեր պատրաստում»,-նշել է Պարույր Սանթրոսյանը:

Քոլեջ այցի ընթացքում հյուրերը ծանոթացել են ուսհաստատության նյութատեխնիկական բազային, զրուցել ուսանողների հետ: Դեյվիդ Մաքալիսթերը հետաքրքրվել է քոլեջի ուսանողների պրակտիկայի կազմակերպմանը, դուալ ուսուցման համակարգի ներդրմանը և ուսանողների առօրյային վերաբերող հարցերով:
