ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը նախօրեին աշխատանքային այցով Տավուշի մարզում էր` խոշորացվող համայնքների խնդիրներին առնչվող հարցերը քննարկելու նպատակով:  Խորհրդակցությանը, որը վարում էր ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանը, ներկա էին ՀՀ ՏԿԶ նախարարության ՏԻՄ վարչության պետ Աշոտ Գիլոյանը, մարզպե տի տեղակալները, մարզպետարանի ստորաբաժանումների պատասխանատուներ, խոշորացվող համայնքների ղեկավարները: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Խորհրդակցությանը ՀՀ ՏԿԶ նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը հանգամանորեն ներկայացրել է համայնքների խոշորացման հետ կապված օրենսդրական և կանոնակարգող դաշտի նորությունները, նշելով, որ վարչատարածքային բարեփոխումների արդյունքում բնակավայրերի բյուջեներում առաջացած ֆինանսական խնայողությունների հաշվին հնարավոր կլինի ավելի մեծ արդյունքների հասնել, և ավելի դյուրին կլինի կատարել ներդրումային ծրագրերի համար պահանջվող համաֆինանսավորումները: Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում տեղի է ունեցել նաև մտքերի փոխանակություն, որի ընթացքում ՀՀ ՏԿԶ նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը, մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանը, և ՏԻՄ վարչության պետ Աշոտ Գիլոյանը պատասխանել են համայնքապետերին հետաքրքրող հարցերին:
