Դպրոցների օպտիմալացման ծրագիրը կդրվի հասարակական քննարկման

ՀՀ կառավարության դպրոցների օպտիմալացման ծրագիրը վերաբերում է քաղաքային դպրոցներին, որը դեռևս պետք է քննարկվի, դրա շուրջ կազմակերպվեն հասարակական լսումներ: Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այդ մասին նշեց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը: «Որևէ մեկը չի կարող այդ նուրբ թեման շատ նուրբ շրջան ցել: Հարցը պետք է դրվի հասարակական քննարկման: Մենք ունենք մարող դպրոց, օրինակ՝ Կոնդի, որն ավանդույթ ունեցող դպրոց է, բայց մի քանի տասնյակ աշակերտ ունի: Այդ դպրոցի ճակատագիրն իրոք դժվար է որոշել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց Լևոն Մկրտչյանը: 

Նրա խոսքով, օպտիմալացումը գյուղական դպրոցներին դեռևս չի վերաբերում, եթե այդ պահը գա, ապա կսահմանվեն սկզբունքներ: «Առաջինը՝ ամեն ինչ պետք է ունենա որակի հիմնավորում: Եթե դպրոցն ունի ընդամենը 7 աշակերտ, և 1 կամ 2 կմ հեռավորության վրա կա մեկ այլ դպրոց, որտեղ կա 60 աշակերտ, ապա այդ 7 աշակերտով դպրոցն իսկապես դժվար է պահել, որովհետև մենք չենք կարողանա այդ 7 աշակերտին որակյալ կրթություն ապահովել»,-  նկատեց նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը:

Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ասաց, որ գյուղական դպրոցներում որակ ապահովելու համար կառավարությունը զարկ է տալիս հեռավար, էլեկտրոնային կրթությանը, մենթոր դպրոցներին: «Այդ երեխաները մեղավոր չեն, որ իրենք ծնվել են մի վայրում, որտեղ 8 աշակերտ կա: Իրենց համար պետք է նույն պայմաններն ապահովենք, ինչ մյուսներին»,- ասաց Մկրտչյանը:
