Արման Սահակյանը վարչապետին կներկայացնի պետական կազմակերպությունների ֆինանսատնտեսական վիճակի վերլուծությունը

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը Պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Արման Սահակյանին հանձնարարեց քննարկելով շահագրգիռ պետական կառավարչական մարմինների հետ՝ կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել պետական մասնակցությամբ առևտրային կազմակերպությունների ֆինանսատնտեսական վիճակի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունների վերլուծության և դրանց հիման վրա կազմակերպությունների գործունեության արդյունավետության որոշման, կառավարիչների աշխատանքի գնահատման, խրախուսման և պատասխանատվության ենթարկման հարցերը կարգավորող նոր իրավական ակտի նախագիծ:

«Պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչություն իմ այցի ընթացքում վերհանվել են խնդիրներ պետական գույքի օտարման գործընթացի կազմակերպման, էլեկտրոնային աճուրդի և համապատասխան գույքի հաշվառման ոլորտներում, ինչպես նաև վարչության կողմից իրեն վերապահված գործառույթները արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու առկա գործիքակազմի թերություններ: Արձանագրվել է նաև, որ պետական գույքի օտարման գործընթացում չի օգտագործվում անշարժ գույքի ոլորտում մասնագիտացված բրոքերային կազմակերպությունների ներուժը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց վարչապետը:

Վարչությունը կառավարության աշխատակազմ պետք է ներկայացնի նաև պետական գույքի օտարման գործընթացում անշարժ գույքի վաճառքի ոլորտում մասնագիտացած բրոքերային կազմակերպություններին ներգրավելու, Վարչության աշխատակազմի կառուցվածքային փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ առաջարկություններ, այդ թվում` պետական գույքի վաճառքի գծով պատասխանատու ստորաբաժանում նախատեսելու մասով: Կարեն Կարապետյանը ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի պաշտոնակատարին էլ հանձնարարեց 1-ամսյա ժամկետում կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել պետական գույքի օտարումը էլեկտրոնային աճուրդով իրականացնելու և պետգույքի հաշվառման համապատասխան համակարգերը արդիականացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ միջոցների հատկացման ծրագիրը:
