Երևանի ավագանին որոշել է բնակարաններ նվիրել

Արցախյան պատերազմի մասնակից Կարեն Բաղդասարյանին և օպերային երգիչ Լիպարիտ Ավետիսյանին բնակարաններ կնվիրեն: Այս մասին որոշման նախագծերը ներառված են մայիսի 30–ին կայանալիք Երևանի ավագանու հերթական նիստում:
 
Ներկայացվող նախագծով նախատեսվում է Երևան համայնքի սեփականությունը համարվող Շինարարների փողոցի հ. 15 շենքի հ. 105՝ 68,6 քմ ընդհանուր մակերեսով բնակարանը սեփականության իրավունքով նվիրել գնդապետ Կարեն Բաղդասարյանին, իսկ հ.130՝ 96,5 քմ մակերեսով բնակարանը՝ Ալ. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի առաջատար մեներգիչ Լիպարիտ Ավետիսյանին։
 
 
Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք որոշման նախագծերից՝ Կարեն Բաղդասարյանը հանդիսանում է Արցախյան պատերազմի ակտիվ մասնակից։ Նա 1989–1994 թթ. մասնակցել է ԼՂՀ սահմաններում ընթացող մարտական գործողություններին, որոնց ընթացքում 2 անգամ վիրավորվել է։ ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության պետական կոմիտեի և ինքնապաշտպանության ուժերի հրամանատարության որոշումներով հակառակորդի տարածքում իրականացրել է հատուկ գործողություններ: Հանդիսանում է 2–րդ խմբի հաշմանդամ։ Կարեն Բաղդասարյանը հինգ անձով՝ ինքը, մայրը, կինը, աղջիկը և տղան համատեղ բնակվում են ազգականին պատկանող բնակարանում: Բաղդասարյանների ընտանիքը դեռևս 2011 թ. գտնվում է բնակարանային հաշվառման մեջ։
 
Լիպարիտ Ավետիսյանը վաղ հասակից ընտանիքով տեղափոխվել է բնակության Ղրիմի Թեոդոսիա քաղաք, որտեղ ավարտել է տեղի երաժշտական դպրոցի վոկալի բաժինը։ Նա բազմաթիվ մրցանակների դափնեկիր է, այդ թվում 2015 թ. Լեհաստանում «Գրանդ Տենորներ»–ի մրցույթ–փառատոնի երկու հատուկ մրցանակ է ստացել, 2010 թ. Մոսկվայի «Աշխարհի մուսա» միջազգային մրցույթում արժանացել է երկրորդ մրցանակի և այլն։
 
Վերջինս 2014 թ. ճանաչվել է տարվա լավագույն օպերային երգիչ:
 
Ըստ նախագծի՝ Լիպարիտ Ավետիսյանը հայ կատարողական դպրոցի մերօրյա նվիրական և սիրելի անուններից է։ Օժտված է կատարողական բարձր վարպետությամբ և իր բոլոր ելույթներով զարդարում է հայ և միջազգային բեմերը։ Հայ տենորը մշտապես փնտրված է համերգային նախաձեռնությունների ծրագրերում՝ ոչ միայն հայրենական բեմահարթակների վրա, այլ նաև սահմաններից դուրս՝ հիացնելով օտար հանդիսատեսին հայրենական կատարողական արվեստի պրոֆեսիոնալ, բարձրարժեք դրսևորումով։
 
Լիպարիտ Ավետիսյանը ապրում և ստեղծագործում է Երևանում, բնակվում է ծնողների, կնոջ և զավակների հետ համատեղ բնակարանում՝ վարձակալական հիմունքներով և հանդիսանում է բնակարանային պայմանների կարիքավոր։
 
Հաշվի առնելով Կարեն Բաղդասարյանի մարտական ուղին և Լիպարիտ Ավետիսյանի՝ ստեղծագործելու համար պայմաններ ապահովելու նպատակով բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման անհրաժեշտությունը մշակվել են ավագանու որոշման նախագծերը:
