Վլադիմիր Եվսեեւն առաջարկում է ստեղծել Իրան-Ռուսաստան-Հայաստան եռանկյունի

ԱՊՀ երկրների ինստիտուտի փոխտնօրեն, ռազմական փորձագետ Վլադիմիր Եվսեեւը դրական է գնահատում մայիսի 19-ին Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունում անցկացված նախագահական ընտրությունների արդյունքները. Իրանի նախագահի պաշտոնում Հասան Ռոուհանիի վերընտրվելը բարենպաստ է եւ Հայաստանի, եւ Ռուսաստանի համար:
 
«Հենց Հասան Ռոուհանիի օրոք սկիզբ դրվեց ռուս-իրանական ռազմավարական երկխոսությանը, ինչը շատ կարեւոր է, այսինքն՝ այժմ մենք խոսում ենք ռազմավարական երկխոսության մասին, որը տանում է դեպի ռազմավարական գործընկերություն: Ըստ իս՝ այդ երկխոսության ամրապնդումը Ռոուհանիի օրոք ավելի հեշտ կընթանա: Մարտի վերջին օրերին Ռոուհանին այցելեց Ռուսաստան, եւ մի շարք համատեղ որոշումներ կայացվեցին, որոնք կրկին նրա օրոք ավելի հեշտ կլինի իրականացնել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց նա:
 
Փորձագետը նշեց, որ ռուս-իրանական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդմանը զուգահեռ կանխատեսում է Իրան-ԱՄՆ հարաբերությունների վատթարացում:
 
«Ինչու, որովհետեւ Թրամփը, հավանաբար, կսատարի Իսրայելին եւ Սաուդյան Արաբիային, որն ունի գումար: Սաուդյան Արաբիայի հետաքրքրությունների շրջանակը, որը փոքր-ինչ թուլացել էր Բարաք Օբամայի ղեկավարության ժամանակ, ըստ երեւույթին, կվերադառնա իր տեղը, իսկ Սաուդյան Արաբիան Իրանի տարածաշրջանային հակառակորդն է: Եվ եթե Իրանի հարաբերությունները վատանան, ապա փոխգործակցության համար այն ավելի բաց կլինի հարեւանների հետ, եւ այս առումով Հայաստանը հենց այդ բարեկամ երկիրն է, որի հետ կկարողանա փոխգործակցել»,-ընդգծեց Վլադիմիր Եվսեեւը:
 
Նա նաեւ առաջարկեց համապատասխան աշխատանքներ կազմակերպել Հայաստան-Իրան-Ռուսաստան եռանկյունու ձեւավորման ուղղությամբ:
 
«Ընդ որում, այն պետք է միտված լինի ոչ միայն քաղաքական համագործակցությանը, այլեւ ռազմական, որի հիմքերն ունենք: Այս առումով կցանկանայի նաեւ ուրախությամբ նշել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի՝ Իրան կատարած այցը, որի ընթացքում մի շարք հարցեր քննարկվեցին, այդ թվում՝ ռազմատեխնիկական»,-եզրափակեց Վլադիմիր Եվսեեւը:
 
Մայիսի 19-ին անցկացված նախագահական ընտրությունների արդյունքում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության գործող նախագահ Հասան Ռոուհանին վերընտրվեց երկրի նախագահի պաշտոնում՝ հավաքելով ձայների 57 տոկոսը: Իրանի նախագահի պաշտոնին հավակնում էին չորս թեկնածու՝ Ռոուհանին, այաթոլլահ Իբրահիմ Ռաիսին, նախկին փոխնախագահ Մոստաֆա Հաշեմի-Թաբան և պահպանողականների թեկնածու Մոստաֆա Աղա-Միրսալիմը: Ընտրություններին մասնակցել էր ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող 56 մլն քաղաքացիների շուրջ 70 տոկոսը:
