Ընտրական գործընթացին խոչընդոտելու փաստով ևս մեկ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի վարույթ է ընդունվել «Azatutyun.am» էլեկտրոնային լրատվական կայքի հրապարակման առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում նախապատրաստված նյութերի հիման վրա հարուցված քրեական գործը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Այսպես, հիշյալ լրատվական կայքում հրապարակվել է «Շիրակի 3 հասցեում գտնվող թիվ 52 հիմնական դպրոցում տեղակայված թիվ 8/54 ընտրատեղամասում ընտրողներին քվեարկված քվեաթերթիկներ են տվել» վերտառությամբ հոդվածը, որի առթիվ նախապատրաստված նյութերով տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այլ անձի կողմից քաղաքացու  ընտրական իրավունքի  ազատ իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելու վերաբերյալ: Մասնավորապես, միջադեպին ականատես անձինք նշված ընտրատեղամասում բարձրաձայնել, իսկ այնուհետև ոստիկանությունում բացատրություն են տվել այն մասին, որ ընտրական հանձնաժողովի անդամները նախապես քվեարկած քվեաթերթիկներ են հանձնել ընտրողներին:

Այսպիսով, քաղաքացու ընտրական իրավունքի իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 149-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական  ծառայությունում:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
