Takprosto.cc կայքը գրում է, որ մեր օրգանիզմն ամեն օր առնչվում է մեծ թվով տոքսինների, քիմիական նյութերի հետ, որոնք գտնվում են մեր կողմից օգտագործված սննդի և այլ իրերի, նաև՝ աղտոտված օդի մեջ: Իհարկե, շատ դժվար է փոխել շրջապատող միջավայրը, սակայն իրական է օրգանիզմից վնասակար նյութերը դուրս հանելը: Առավել ևս, որ կիտրոնը կարող է օրգանիզմից դուրս բերել վնասակար նյութերը:

Օրը սկսեք սմուզիից: Նախաճաշը սննդի օգտագործման ամենակարևոր ժամանակն է: Սնունդը, որը դուք օգտագործում եք առավոտյան, որոշում է օրվա ընթացքում նյութափոխանակության արագությունը: Առավոտը սկսելով սմուզիից՝ օրգանիզմին ապահովում եք ամբողջական աշխատանքով: Եթե ցանկանում եք արագացնել նյութափոխանակությունը և օրգանիզմից դուրս բերել տոքսիններն ու շլակները, սմուզիի մեջ մի փոքր կիտրոնի հյութ լցրեք:

Ճաշատեսակին համ ավելացրեք: Գրեթե բոլոր կերակրատեսակները համեղ են դառնում, երբ դրանց ավելացնում եք կիտրոնի հյութ: Երբ կցանկանաք աղ լցնել ճաշատեսակի վրա, դրա փոխարեն՝ կիտրոնի հյութ ավելացրեք:

Տոնիկ պատրաստեք: Եթե մարմինն արագ դետոքսիկացիայի կարիք ունի, տոնիկ պատրաստեք՝ խառնելով 1 կիտրոնի հյութ, կես ճաշի գդալ մեղր, ավելացրեք մի փոքր բիբար, 1 ճաշի գդալ խնձորի քացախ և մի փոքր սառը ջուր: Սա անհրաժեշտ է խմել առավոտյան՝ արթնանալուց հետո:

Աղցանների համար հավելում պատրաստեք: Մայոնեզ կամ աղցանների համար այլ հավելումներ գնելու փոխարեն՝ ավելի լավ է դրանց ավելացնել կիտրոնի հյութ, մի փոքր մեղր և զեյթունի ձեթ:

Համատեղեք կիտրոնն ու իմբիրը: Կիտրոնի և իմբիրի խառնուրդը դետոքսիկացիան առավելագույնս արագ է դարձնում: Հատկապես օգտակար է սրանք խմել սառը եղանակներին:

Կիտրոնով թեյ խմեք: Եթե դուք սիրում եք կանաչ կամ խոտաբույսերով թեյ, ապա դրանց վրա մի կտոր կիտրոն ավելացրեք: Այն օրգանիզմը կապահովի վիտամին C-ով և կամրացնի իմունիտետը:

Ֆրեշի մեջ կիտրոն ավելացրեք: Եթե սիրում եք ֆրեշ խմել, մի մոռացեք դրան կիտրոնի հյութ ավելացնել: Այն ըմպելիքը կհագեցնի օգտակար վիտամիններով և միկրոէլեմենտներով:
