Պատրաստման եղանակը

  • Նախ՝ հարկավոր է լվանալ բողկն ու ելակը, ապա՝ քամել նարնջի հյութը։
  • Բլենդերում հարեք բողկն ու ելակը, ապա ստացվածը խառնեք ջրի և նարնջի հյութի հետ։

Նպաստում է քաշի նվազմանը։ Բողկը հրաշալի հավելում է սննդակարգին, որը միտված է ավելորդ քաշից առողջ ազատվելուն։ Այն գրեթե ածխաջրեր չի պարունակում, միևնույն ժամանակ՝ հարուստ է բջջանյութով, վիտամին C-ով, կալիումով, կալցիումով և մագնեզիումով։ Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս բողկ օգտագործել, քանի որ այն նպաստում է քաշի նվազեցմանը՝ կարգավորելով նյութափոխանակությունը։
