Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությանը անդամակցելուց ընդամենը երեք տարի անց համաժողովը հյուրընկալելու՝ Հայաստանի առաջարկությունը վկայում է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի նպատակներին ու արժեքներին Հայաստանի հանձնառության մասին: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 10-ին կազմակերպության մասնակից երկրների արտգործնախարարների համաժողովի 31-րդ նստաշրջանի բացմանն ասաց Սենեգալի արտգործնախարար Նդիայե Մանկերը՝ նախագահին եւ հայ ժողովրդին շնորհալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար:

Նդիայե Մանկերը նշեց, որ մշակույթների երկխոսությունը ամենահիմնարար արժեքներից է եւ կարեւոր է անհանդուրժողականության դեմ պայքարի, ատելության հաղթահարման, ծայրահեղ բռնության վերացման համար:

«Միգրացիոն ճգնաժամի կապակցությամբ Ֆրանկոֆոնիան պիտի լսելի դարձնի իր ձայնը: Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի համերաշխության, մշակութային եւ լեզվական զանազանության մեջ բոլորս պատասխանատու ենք ավելի բարձր բարձրացելու Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի նշաձողը»,- ասաց նա:

Սենեգալի արտգործնախարարը նշեց, որ Դակարի գագաթնաժողովը կարեւոր էր կարեւոր փասաթղթերի ընդունման առումով, այն առանձնանում էր երիտասարդության կարողությունների վրա շեշտը դնելու կարեւորությամբ:

Նշենք, որ Երեւանում իր աշխատանքն է սկսել Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության մասնակից երկրների արտգործնախարարների համաժողովի 31-րդ նստաշրջանը։ Համաժողովին զուգահեռ կանցնի Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի Մշտական խորհրդի 96 -րդ նստաշրջանը։

Երկօրյա նիստը կանցնի Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրում։

Համաժողովին մասնակցելու համար հրավիրվել են 5 մայրցամաքներ ներկայացնող 80 երկրների ԱԳՆ ղեկավարներ։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ Հայաստանի մայրաքաղաք է ժամանել կազմակերպության մասնակից երկրների ու քարտուղարության մոտավորապես 500 ներկայացուցիչ։ Հանդիպման մասնակիցները կքննարկեն օրակարգային հարցեր, տարածաշրջանային ու միջազգային խնդիրներ, կընդունեն համապատասխան բանաձեւեր։
