Ռուսաստանը ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրներին անվճար զենք է մատակարարելու

Ռուսաստանը Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գործընկեր երկրներ Հայաստանին,Ղազախստանին եւ Բելառուսին անվճար զենք կմատակարարի:ՀՀ-ում ՀԱՊԿ ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Նվեր Թորոսյանը նշեց, որ խոսքը վերաբերում է ուղղաթիռներին, հակաօդային պաշտպանության միջոցներին, ծանր ռազմակա ն տեխնիկային: «Դրանք դեռ 2015-2016 թվականներին պետք է մատակարարվեին, բայց բոլորիս հայտնի ճգնաժամի պատճառով Ռուսաստանը չկարողացավ մատակարարել: Ի ուրախություն մեզ, արդեն իսկ որոշակի համաձայնություն կա այն իրականացնել 2018-2019 թվականներին»,-ասաց նա: Թորոսյանի խոսքով` այս քայլով Հայաստանն անվտանգության ապահովման տեսանկյունից մեկ քայլ առաջ կգնա: Բանախոսը վստահեցրեց. ՀԱՊԿ-ի շնորհիվ է, որ հարեւան երկրների կողմից պարբերաբար հնչող ագրեսիվ հայտարարությունները մնում են հայտարարությունների մակարդակով: «ՀԱՊԿ-ի դերն այստեղ ավելի շատ զսպող է»,-ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով Նախիջեւանում թուրքական ռազմաբազայի տեղակայման լուրերին՝ ՀՀ-ում ՀԱՊԿ ինստիտուտի տնօրենն ասաց, որ դրանք խոսակցությունների մակարդակով են: «Եթե թուրքական արկածախնդրությամբ ռազմաբազան տեղակայվի, ոչ միայն ՀԱՊԿ-ն բացասաբար կվերաբերվի այդ հանգամանքին, այլ նաեւ միջազգային հանրությունը»,-ասաց նա:
