Արևելագետը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի դիրքորոշման մեջ նոր միտում է տեսնում

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները սկսում են ավելի օբյեկտիվ գնահատել իրադարձությունը արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում:
Մայիսի 23-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԳԱԱ արևելագիտության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը:
«ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները մայիսի 18-ի իրենց հայտարարության մեջ թիրախավորված նշում են Ադրբեջանի գործողությունը, և սա նոր միտում է: Կարծում եմ, որ հայկական դիվանագիտությունը պետք է ամեն ինչ անի, որպեսզի պահպանի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի նման ուղղվածությունը,մասնավորապես, որ սկսեն իրականացվել Վիեննայում ընդունված որոշումները, որոնք նախատեսում են հետաքննության մեխանիզմների ստեղծումը սահմանի վրա»,- նշեց Սաֆրաստյանը:
Սաֆրաստյանի խոսքով` Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը համառորեն շարունակում է իր ագրեսիվ քաղաքականությունը արցախյան հարցում:
«Նրանց նպատակն է շարունակել սահմաններում սադրիչ գործողություններ իրականացնել՝ ճնշում գործադրելով բանակցային գործընթացի վրա»,- ասաց Սաֆրաստյանը:
Արևելագետը մոտակա ժամանակներում արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում լուրջ սրացումներ չի տեսնում:
«Ադրբեջանում տնտեսական դրության վատթարացումը, հասարակության մեջ լարվածության սրացումը կարող են հանգեցնել շփման գծում սրացմանը, և Ալիևի վարչակազմը, փորձելով պահպանել իր իշխանությունը, կձգտի ավելի ագրեսիվ դրսևորումներ ցուցաբերել արցախյան հարցում, սակայն ներկայումս Ալիևը և նրա կլանը շատ թե քիչ կարողանում են պահպանել իրենց ազդեցությունը ամբողջ Ադրբեջանում»,- եզրափակեց Սաֆրաստյանը:
