ՀՀԿ–ական պահակն ու հողագործն ընդդեմ ՀՀԿ–ական գործող գյուղապետերի

Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք այս տարվա հունիսի 18–ին Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններ տեղի կունենան հայաստանյան մի շարք մարզերում, այդ թվում՝ Արագածոտնի, Արարատի, Արմավիրի, Գեղարքունիքի, Լոռու, Կոտայքի և Շիրակի:
 
Այս ընտրություններում թեկնածուների գրանցման վերջնաժամկետ էր սահմանված մայիսի 19–ի ժամը 18:00–ը: Ըստ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի կայքի՝ արդեն իսկ կան առաջադրումներ:
 
Արագածոտնի մարզի Մեծամոր համայնքում գյուղապետի երկու թեկնածու կա: ՀՀԿ–ական գործող գյուղապետի՝ Մաջիտ Ամոյանի «դեմ» է դուրս եկել Մեծամորի հիմնական դպրոցի պահակը՝ կրկին ՀՀԿ–ական Թեմուր Քալաշյանը: Ի դեպ վերջինս ինքնառաջադրմամբ է հանդես եկել, իսկ գործող համայնքապետին աջակցում է Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը:
 
Արարատի մարզի Սուրենավան համայնքում նույնպես երկու թեկնածու կա՝ հանրապետական, գործող համայնքի ղեկավար Կարո Կարապետյանը և ԲՀԿ–ական, ինքնառաջադրմամբ հանդես եկած Վազգեն Ղազարյանը:
 
Արմավիրի մարզի Տարոնիկ համայնքում արդեն 3 թեկնածու կա և որն ամենահետաքրքիրն է՝ երեքն էլ անկուսակցական են: Պայքարի են դուրս եկել գործող գյուղապետ Արմեն Խլղաթյանը, գործազուրկ Գրիգոր Գրիգորյանը և «Ակբա Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ» բանկի վարկային գործակալ Պողոս Եղիազարյանը:
Շիրակի մարզի Հովիտ համայնքում նույնպես երկու ՀՀԿ–ական թեկնածու կա: Այստեղ արդեն գործող գյուղապետի՝ Ավետիք Սերոպյանի հետ «պայքարի» է դուրս եկել գյուղի հասարակ հողագործը՝ Արարատ Սահակյանը: Այս երկուսից իշխանական կուսակցությունը աջակցում է գործող գյուղապետին:
 
Շիրակի մարզի մեկ այլ համայնքում՝ Բայանդուրում, համայնքապետարանի համակարգչային օպերատոր, անկուսակցական Անի Գրիգորյանը նույնպես որոշել է ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների մասնակցել որպես թեկնածու: Նրա հակառակորդն է ՀՀԿ–ական գործող գյուղապետ Դավիդ Դավդյանը: Համակարգչային օպերատոր Անի Գրիգորյանի առաջադրումը՝ իր ղեկավարի դեմ այսպես ասած պայքարի դուրս գալը, հավանաբար միայն մեկ բացատրություն կարող է ունենալ: Ինչպես հայտնի է, շատ դեպքերում, երբ ընտրություններում միայն մեկ թեկնածու է առաջադրված լինում, վերջինս օգտագործելով իր լծակները մտերիմներից մեկին համոզում է նույնպես առաջադրվել, որպեսզի քվորում ապահովվի: Հակառակ դեպքում մեկ առաջադրված թեկնածուի դեպքում ընտրությունները չեղյալ են հայտարարվում: Նման կեղծ առաջադրումներից հետո, երբ հասնում է գրանցումների պահը կեղծ թեկնածուն կամ ինքնաբացարկ է հայտարարում՝ միայնակ թողնելով հիմնական թեկնածուին մրցապայքարում կամ էլ մնում է, սակայն որպես կանոն, նրա օգտին քվեարկած քվեաթերթիկները բավական քիչ են լինում:
