Հարավային Կորեայի նախկին նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեն դատարանի դահլիճում մերժեց բոլոր մեղադրանքները

Սեուլի դատարանն առաջին նսիստն Է անցկացրել Հարավային Կորեայի նախկին նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեի գործով, որին կասկածում են խոշոր կոռուպցիոն սկանդալին մեղսակցության մեջ՝ նրա մտերիմ ընկերուհու Ցոյ Սուն Սիլի մասնակցությամբ: Դատարանի դահլիճից հեռարձակում Է իրականացրել YTN հեռուստաալիքը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Պակ Կըն Հեն շենք Է Է մտել ձեռնաշղթաներով՝ուղղիչ հիմնարկության երկու ծառայողների ուղեկցությամբ:
Ապրիլի կեսին Պակ Կըն Հեին մեղադրանքներ Էին առաջադրվել 14 կետով, այդ թվում՝ կաշառակերություն, ծառայողական դիրքի չարաշահում, կողմնակի անձանց պաշտոնական գաղտնի տեղեկատվության բացահայտում:
Դատարանի առաջին նիստի ընթացքում Հարավային Կորեայի նախկին ղեկավարը մերժել Է ներկայացված բոլոր մեղադրանքները:
Դատարանի դահլիճում ներկա են եղել Ցոյ Սուն Սիլը եւ Lotte Group-ի նախագահ Սին Դոն Բինուն, որոնք նույնպես մեղադրվում են կաշառաշորթության մեջ:
2016 թվականի աշնանը ծագած կոռուպցիոն սկանդալը հանգեցրեց դեկտեմբերին Պակ Կըն Հեի իմպիչմենտին: 2017 թվականի մարտին Հարավային Կորեայի Սահմանադրական դատարանը որոշում ընդունեց նրան իշխանությունից հեռացնելու մասին: Մայիսի 9-ին Կորեայի Հանրապետությունում անցկացվել են նախագահական ընտրություններ: Պետության նոր ղեկավար Է դարձել Մուն Չժե Ինը, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
