ՄԻԵԴ-ն Ադրբեջանի կառավարության հետ հաղորդակցություն է սկսել 5 բողոքի վերաբերյալ

Ադրբեջանցի իրավապաշտպան Ֆարիզ Նամազլըի փոխանցմամբ` Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը Ադրբեջանի կառավարության հետ  այդ երկրի դեմ ներկայացված 5 նոր բողոքի վերաբերյալ հաղորդակցություն է սկսել:

ՄԻԵԴ ներկայացված բոլոր 5 բողոքներն էլ վերաբերում են Ադրբեջանի ոստիկանության և անվտանգության աշխատակիցների կողմից մարդկանց ճնշումների, բռնությունների և խոշտանգումների ենթարկելու դեպքերին:

ՄԻԵԴ-ն այս 5 գործերի վերաբերյալ հարցում է ուղարկել Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը և սպասում է պատասխանի:

Ապրիլի 13-ին ՄԻԵԴ-ը հրապարակել է Ադրբեջանի վերաբերյալ 23 վճիռ, որոնց հիման վրա Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը տուգանվել է 271 հազար եվրոյի չափով: ՄԻԵԴ ներկայացված 23 բողոքները հիմնականում վերաբերում էին ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների կողմից լրագրողների, բլոգերների և քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստների նկատմամբ պարբերաբար կիրառվող ճնշումներին, ինչպես նաև ընտրողի ազատ ընտրության իրավունքին խոչընդոտելու դեպքերին:

Ադրբեջանից ամեն տարի ՄԻԵԴ են ուղարկվում մարդու իրավունքների խախտման վերաբերյալ հարյուրավոր հայցեր: 2016թ-ին Ադրբեջանից Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան է ուղարկվել 333 հայց, իսկ 2015թ-ին` 268: Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը ապրիլի 6-ին Ադրբեջանի հետ կապված միանգամից 11 վճիռ է կայացրել: ՄԻԵԴ-ը այս 11 հայցերի բավարարման արդյունքում Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը տուգանել է 81 հազար 690 եվրոյի չափով, որով պետք է փոխհատուցվեն դիմումատուները:
