Ռուսաստանը նոր սպառազինություն կտրամադրի Հայաստանին

Ադրբեջանական մամուլը նոր ցայտնոտի մեջ է՝ Ռուսաստանը ծրագրում է 2017 թ. սպառազինությունների նոր համակարգեր, այդ թվում՝ ուղղաթիռներ ու պաշտպանական համակարգեր մատակարարել ՀԱՊԿ երկրներին, նաև՝ Հայաստանին: Այդ մասին Sputnik գործակալության հետ զրույցում ասել է Ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության դաշնային ծառայության ղեկավար Դմիտրի Շուգաևը:
«2017 թ. Ռուսաստանը կշարունակի պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության արտադրանքի մատակարարումները՝ ըստ նշված պայմանագրերի (համագործակցության համաձայնագրերը կնքվել են Բելառուսի, Հայաստանի և Ղազախստանի հետ): Խոսքը, նախևառաջ, ավիացիոն տեխնիկայի, մասնավորապես ուղղաթիռների, հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգերի, նաև զրահափոխադրող մեքենաների մասին է»,- ասել է Շուգաևը:
Բացի այդ, ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ Վալերի Սեմերիկովի խոսքով, մոտակա տարիներին ՀԱՊԿ-ն կարող իրականացնել ծրագիր, որը նախատեսում է սպառազինության անվճար մատակարարում արագ արձագանքման ուժերին: «Ծրագիրը, որ նախատեսում է ռազմական տեխնիկայի ու արտադրանքի տեսակները, նաև կոնկրետ երկիր մատակարարումների ժամկետները, պատրաստվել և գրեթե համաձայնեցվել է բոլոր երկրների հետ: Նախատեսվում էր, որ այն ուժի մեջ է մտնելու 2015-16 թթ.: Բայց ճգնաժամի, պատժամիջոցների ու այլ խնդիրների պատճառով մենք որոշում էինք կայացրել կասեցնել այդ ծրագրի իրականացումը, սակայն հնարավոր է, որ այն լիովին կվերագործարկվի 2018-19 թթ.»,- ասել է Սեմերիկովը:
