Ադրբեջանի տնտեսական աճը կհետաձգվի. Moody's միջազգային վիճակագրական գործակալություն

Moody's միջազգային վիճակագրական գործակալության հաղորդմամբ՝ Ադրբեջանում մոտ  տարիներին տնտեսական աճ չի կանխատեսվում:

Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.org-ը:

«Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունը մեծապես կախված է ածխաջրածիններից: Նավթի էժանացման պատճառով Ադրբեջանում մոտ տարիներին տնտեսական աճ չի կանխատեսվում»,- ասված է գործակալության հայտարարության մեջ:

Գործակալության փոխանցմամբ` գազի արտահանման «Շահդենիզ» ծրագրի իրականացումը նույնպես Ադրբեջանի ֆինանսական միջոցներում զգալի աճ չի գրանցի:

«Առաջին հերթին օտարերկրյա կազմակերպությունները պետք է վերադարձնեն իրենց ներդրումները, երկրորդ հերթին միջնաժամկետ հեռանկարում գազի գների թանկացում չի կանխատեսվում»,- նշված է հայտարարության մեջ:

Կազմակերպությունը նշել է նաև, որ կառավարության կողմից  Ադրբեջանի միջազգային բանկի արտաքին պարտավորությունների ստանձնումը նույնպես մեծ հարված է տնտեսական աճի վերականգնման տեսանկյունից:

Գործակալության փոխանցմամբ՝ 2016-ին Ադրբեջանի ՀՆԱ-ն նվազել է 3.8 տոկոսով, իսկ 2017-ին տնտեսական աճ չի կանխատեսվում:

 ներդրումային վարկանիշը ցանկանում է ավելի իջեցնել:

Moody's Investors Service-ն էլ նշել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի միջազգային բանկի 3,3 մլրդ դոլար  արտաքին պարտքը իր վրա վերցնելով և բանկի կապիտալի բարձրացման համար միջոցներ տրամադրելով՝ Ադրբեջանը կարող է լուրջ հարված հասցնել երկրի ֆինանսական միջոցներին:

Ըստ Ադրբեջանական փորձագետների` Moody's-ի հայտարարությունը Ադրբեջանում կատարվելիք ներդրումների առումով կարող է մեծ խնդիրներ առաջացնել:  

«Այս հայտարարությունից հետո Ադրբեջանը կարող է ներդրումների համար անցանկալի միջավայր դառնալ»,- ասել էր փորձագետ Սամիր Ալիևը :

Արմենպրեսը հայտնել էր, որ «Ադրբեջանի միջազգային բանկը»-ը, որը հանդիսանում է այդ երկրի խոշորագույն դրամատունը, երկրում առաջացած արտարժույթային դեֆիցիտի պատճառով հայտնվելով փլուզման եզրին, չի կարողանում վճարել արտաքին պարտքը,  և սկսել է պարտատերերի հետ բանակցություններ վարել պարտքերի  վերաձևակերպման շուրջ:

Բանկը մայիսի 10-ին պաշտոնապես հայտարարել է, որ պարտատերերի համաձայնության դեպքում արտարժույթով  արտաքին պարտքը փոխարինվելու է երկրի սուվերեն պարտատոմսերով:
