Այսօր` մայիսի 22-ին, մեկնարկեց ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի պաշտոնական այցն Իսրայել. այն Սպիտակ տան ղեկավարի երկրորդ արտագնա այցն է Սաուդյան Արաբիայից հետո:

Բավական ուշագրավ է Դ.Թրամփի արտագնա առաջին շրջագայության կազմակերպման նրբությունների հատկապես քարոզչական կողմը: Մի առիթով արդեն ներկայացրել եմ ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահի մերձավոր շրջապատում հրեական գործոնի ազդեցիկության վերաբերյալ որոշ մանրամասներ, որոնք առարկայական դերակատարություն ունեն նաև Սպիտակ տանը որոշումների կայացման բարձրագույն մեխանիզմների հարցում (https://www.facebook.com/armen.petrosyan.05/posts/1246341592069719): Նման քաղաքական լծակների պայմաններում հրեական լոբբին բոլոր հնարավոր քաղաքական և քարոզչական մեխանիզմներն օգտագործեց, որպեսզի Թրամփի առաջին արտագնա այցը տեղի ունենա հենց Իսրայել՝ ընդգծելու համար այդ երկրի նշանակությունն ամբողջ աշխարհում և հատկապես աշխարհի թիվ 1 գերտերության համար, մինչդեռ Իսրայել այցը միայն երկրորդն է, ինչն, ամեն դեպքում, ևս ակնհայտ հաջողություն է:

Դեռևս ապրիլ ամսից մի կողմից հրեական լոբբիի ազդեցությամբ գործող արևմտյան և իսրայելական բազմաթիվ լրատվամիջոցներ, կանխատեսելով ԱՄՆ-ի առաջնորդի առաջին շրջագայության ուղղությունը, միտումնավոր կերպով ընդգծեցին Երուսաղեմ քաղաքը՝ միջազգային հանրության կողմից չճանաչված Իսրայելի ինքնահռչակ մայրաքաղաքը. զուգահեռաբար դիվանագիտական ակտիվ քայլեր էին իրականացվում նաև Վաշինգտոնում՝ դեռևս քարոզչական այս թեզին «միս ու արյուն» հաղորդելու նպատակով: Մինչդեռ ԱՄՆ-ի արտաքին քաղաքականության առանցքային պատասխանատուների կողմից իրավացիորեն կանխատեսվում էր, որ աշխարհի թիվ 1 գերտերության առաջնորդի առաջին այցը հրեական պետություն կարող էր լուրջ դժգոհություններ առաջացնել ԱՄՆ-ի դաշնակից մի շարք եվրոպական և մուսուլմանական երկրների շրջանում, ինչը տրամաբանորեն հավելյալ բարդությունների կհանգեցներ ամերիկյան նոր վարչակազմի՝ առանց այն էլ երերուն վարկանիշի համար:

Հետևաբար, հրեական լոբբիի հակակշիռ թևի քարոզչական պատասխանը եղավ՝ առաջին ուղղությունը Բրյուսել, հետո միայն Երուսաղեմ տարբերակը: Մինչդեռ այս ձևաչափն, ըստ էության, զուրկ էր անհրաժեշտ գաղափարական հիմնավորումից, մանավանդ, որ դրանում դարձյալ չէր տեղավորվում ԱՄՆ-ի արտաքին քաղաքականության համար հույժ կարևոր՝ արաբամուսուլմանական աշխարհին ևս բավարարելու բաղադրիչը:

Այս համատեքստում է հենց, որ Սպիտակ տան աշխատակիցների կողմից մշակվեց «Հանդուրժողականության երթուղին», ինչի գաղափարական, բնականաբար նաև քաղաքական հիմնավորումը ենթադրում էր Թրամփի այցերի հետևյալ հաջորդականությունը դեպի 3 համաշխարհային կրոնական կենտրոններ՝ ալ-Ռիադ,Երուսաղեմ, Հռոմ, ապա նաև՝ Բրյուսել: Հաշվի առնելով Վաշինգտոնի մերձավորարևելյան քաղաքականության առանձնահատկությունները՝ կարելի է ենթադրել, որ շրջագայության մեկնարկի օրն էլ պատահական չէր ընտրված՝ Իրանում նախագահական ընտրությունների անցկացման օրը: Այս համատեքստում էին նաև ալ-Ռիադից հնչած քաղաքական ելույթներն ու հատկապես ստորագրված աննախադեպ ռազմական գործարքները, որոնց բովանդակային և քարոզչական առանցքային թիրախներից մեկը, անշուշտ, Իրանն էր:

Իսկ առհասարակ, իր մոտեցումներով և գործելակերպով բավական ինքնատիպ ԱՄՆ-ի 45-րդ նախագահն այս հարցում ևս խախտեց ընդունված ավանդույթները. դեռևս Ռոնալդ Ռեյգանի նախագահության շրջանից ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահների առաջին արտագնա այցերն ուղղված էին հիմնականում հարևան երկրներ՝ Կանադա կամ Մեքսիկա, մինչդեռ ոչ երբեևէ Սաուդյան Արաբիա:
