Մեր զրուցակիցն է Արման Թումասյանը, ով ֆեյսբուքի հայկական տիրույթում բազմաթիվ խմբերի և էջերի ստեղծման նախաձեռնողն է: Նրա խմբերում և էջերում ակտիվացված են մոտ մեկ միլիոնի 650 հազ հայ օգտատերեր:
- Պարոն Թումասյան, մենք տեղեկացանք, որ Դուք նախաձեռնում եք բողք-ցույց ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան առաջ, կարող ե՞ք մանրամասնել բուն պատճառը:
- Այսօր ֆեյսբուքի որդեգրած մարտավարությունը հետևյալն է` ոչ ոք երաշխիք չունի, որ հենց նույն ֆեյսբուքից գնված լայքերով էջը հնարավոր է փակվի նույն ֆեյսբուքի ադմինիստրացիայի կողմից:
- Իսկ ինչո՞ւ եք որոշել որպես թիրախ օգտագործել ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը:
- Հարցը նրանում է, թե որտեղ են կենտրոնացված ֆեյսբուքի հիմնական գլխավոր գրասենյակները, դրանց գերակշիռ մասը ԱՄՆ-ում են և արդեն գաղտնիք չէ, որ ԱՄՆ-ի կառավարությունը անմիջական ազդեցություն ունի ֆեյսբուքյան հարթության հետ:
- Ե՞րբ եք որոշել իրականացնել Ձեր նախաձեռնությունը:
- Մոտ օրերս, ես իմ ենթակայության տակ գտնվող խմբերում, (դրանք քսանից ավել են) և էջերում լրացուցիչ տեղյակ կպահեմ և ժամը, և հանդիպման վայրը, ինչպես նաև այն պահանջները որոնք մենք ներկայացնելու ենք: Կցանկանայի նշել, որ Հայաստանի նման փոքր երկրներում իրականացնել այն արատավոր գործարքները, ինչ որ անում է այսօր ֆեյսբուքը ճիշտ չէ, ես հասկանում եմ, որ նրանք մեզ դիտարկում են որպես հարթություն իրենց պիլոտային ծրագրերը իրականացնելու համար, այսինքն ինչքան էքսպերիմենտ ունեն, հենց այսպիսի երկրներում եմ անում, բայց դա անընդունելի է մեզ համար: Եթե ուզում են ինչ որ բան խստացնել թող սկսեն խոշոր երկրներից և հետևեն թե ինչ արձագանք է ստացվում այնտեղից, այլ ոչ թե առանց այն էլ քիչ օգտատերերով հարթությանը զրկել ինֆորմացված լինելու հնարավորությունից:
