2017 թվականի հունվարից զոհված 9-ը զինծառայողի ընտանիքի փոխհատուցում է տրվել

2016 թ. դեկտեմբերի 15-ին 84 կողմ, 4 դեմ և 1 ձեռնպահ ձայների հարաբերակցությամբ խորհրդարանն ընդունեց «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության ժամանակ զինծառայողների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը պատճառված վնասների հատուցման մասին» և կից ներկայացված օրինագծերի փաթեթը, որն ուժի մեջ մտավ 2017-ի հունվարի 1-ին:

Համաձայն օրենքի՝ 2017թ հունվարի 1-ից յուրաքանչյուր աշխատող ֆիզիկական անձ ամսական 1000 դրամ է վճարում այս հիմնադրամին:

2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից   հայկական զինված ուժերում զոհված 9 զինծառայողի ընտանիք փոխհատուցում է ստացել: Փոխհատուցման գումարը կազմում է 90 մլն ՀՀ դրամ՝ յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի 10-ական մլն դրամ:

1000plus.am-ի պաշտոնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ սահմանին զոհված զինծառայողներից յուրաքանչյուրի ընտանիքը 10 մլն դրամ փոխհատուցում է ստացել:

2017 թվականի հունվարի 16-ին մահացած պայմանագրային զինծառայող, սերժանտ Արայիկ Սարգսյանի ընտանիքը ևս 10 մլն դրամի փոխհատուցում է ստացել, իսկ ամսական գումարը կազմում է 250 հզր. դրամ:

Հունվարի 18-ին մահացած ժամկետային պարտադիր զինծառայող, շարքային Անդրանիկ Մուսիկյանի ընտանիքը միանվագ ստացել է 10 մլն դրամ, իսկ ամսական 200 հզր դրամ:

Հունվարի 22-ին մահացած պայմանագրային զինծառայող, կրտսեր սերժանտ Կարեն Ուլուբաբյանի ընտանիքը 10 մլն դրամ միանվագ փոխհատուցում է ստացել, իսկ ամսական գումարը կազմում է 250 հզր դրամ:

Փետրվարի 6-ին մահացած ժամկետային պարտադիր զինծառայող, շարքային Գոռ Գարեգինյանի ընտանիքը ևս միանվագ փոխհատուցում է ստացել 10 մլն դրամ, իսկ ամսական գումարը կազմում է 200 հզր դրամ:

Փետրվարի 8-ին մահացած փոխգնդապետ Գեղամ Մանուկյանի ընտանիքը ևս 10 մլն դրամի փոխհատուցում է ստացել, իսկ ամսական գումարը կազմում է 300հզր դրամ:

Մարտի 1-ին մահացած մայոր Նվեր Բաբաջանյանի ընտանիքը 10 մլն դրամի փոխհատուցում է ստացել, իսկ ամսական գումարը կազմում է 300m հզր դրամ:

Մարտի 28-ին մահացած ժամկետային պարտադիր զինծառայող, շարքային Արտակ Ռաֆաելյանի ընտանիքը ևս 10 մլն դրամի փոխհատուցումը ստացել է, իսկ ամսական գումարը կազմում է 200հզր դրամ:

Մարտի 31-ին մահացած ավագ լեյտենանտ Գոռ Հովհանիսյանի ընտանիքը ևս 10 մլն դրամի փոխհատուցում ստացել է, իսկ ամսական գումարը կազմում է 300 հզր դրամ:

Ապրիլի 24-ին մահացած ժամկետային պարտադիր զինծառայող, կրտսեր սերժանտ Նարեկ Հարությունյանի ընտանիքին ևս սահմանված 10 մլն դրամի փոխհատուցումը ստացել է, իսկ ամսական գումարը կազմում է 200 հզր դրամ:

Նշենք, որ օրենքի համաձայն՝ զինծառայողի մահվան և առաջին կարգի հաշմանդամության դեպքում միանվագ վճարվում է 10 միլիոն դրամ, երկրորդ կարգի հաշմանդամության դեպքում` 5 միլիոն դրամ, հետագա 20 տարիների ընթացքում տրվում է ապահովագրական վճար` սպայական անձնակազմին` 300 հազար դրամ, ենթասպաներին` 250 հազար դրամ, իսկ շարքային անձնակազմին` 200 հազար դրամ:
