Միջազգային և անվտանգության հարցերի հայկական ինստիտուտի հիմնադիր և հետազոտական ծրագրերի ղեկավար Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանը և մի շարք հայ փորձագետներ հանդիպել են Ֆրանսիայի եվրոպական հարցերի պետքարտուղար Հարլեմ Դեզիրի ու նրան ուղեկցող պատվիրակության, այդ թվում՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ֆրանսիացի համանախագահ Պիեռ Անդրիոյի, ինչպես նաև՝ ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեի, դեսպանատան այլ դիվանագետների հետ:

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին նաև «Կովկաս» ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը, «Տարածաշրջանային ուսումնասիրությունների կենտրոն»-ի տնօրեն Ռիչարդ Գիրագոսյանը և «Թումո» ստեղծագործական տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոնի գլխավոր տնօրեն Մարի Լու Փափազյանը:
Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են Արևելյան Եվրոպայում, Հարավային Կովկասում ու Մերձավոր Արևելքում ծավալվող տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներին, Հայաստան-ԵՄ, Հայաստան-Թուրքիա, Իրան-Արևմուտք հարաբերություններին, ԵԱՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությանը, ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում և Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահման լարվածության աճին, առաջիկա սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին, կրթությանը վերաբերող հարցեր:
