7 պատճառ՝ գիշերը հաճախ զուգարան գնալու համար

Օրգանիզմում ջրի կուտակման դեպքում մարդիկ կարող են գիշերը հաճախ արթնանալ զուգարան գնալու համար։ Եթե դուք նկատել եք այտուցներ ոտքերի մասում, ցանկալի է դիմել բժշկի, որպեսզի պարզեք պատճառը։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ գիշերը զուգարան գնալը կապակցված է այդ այտուցների հետ։

Քնից առաջ սուրճ խմելը

Կոֆեինն ու ոգելից խմիչքը նպաստում են օրգանիզմից հեղուկը դուրս բերելուն ու եթե Դուք այդ ըմպելիքները քնից առաջ եք խմում, ապա ամենայն հավանականությամբ, գիշերը կաթնանաք, որպեսզի զուգարան գնաք։

Ցանկալի է երեկոյան ժամը 6-ից հետո սուրճ ու ոգելից խմիչքներ չօգտագործել կամ էլ քնից առնվազն երեք ժամ առաջ օգտագործել։

Քնից առաջ շատ ջուր խմելու սովորությունը

Քնելուց առաջ մեծ քանակության ջրի գործածումը նույնպես կարող է դառնալ գիշերը հաճախ արթնանալու պատճառ։ Ձգտեք չխմել ջուր առնվազն քնելուց երկու ժամ առաջ։

Եթե դուք նախադիաբետային վիճակում եք, կամ արդեն ունեք դիաբետ, Ձեր օրգանիզմը կարող է ավելացնել մեզի արտադրությունը մարմինը հավելյալ շաքարից մաքրելու համար։ Այնպես որ եթե Դուք գիշերը մի քանի անգամ արթնանում եք, ցանկալի է ստուգել արյան մեջ գլյուկոզայի մակարդակը։
