«Երկիր Ծիրանիի» լիազոր ներկայացուցիչն այդպես էլ չներկայացավ. ԿԸՀ-ն մերժեց դիմումը

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում այսօր՝ մայիսի 21-ին, Երեւանի ավագանու ընտրությունների արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու մասին «Երկիր Ծիրանի» կուսակցության դիմում- բողոքի քննարկմանն այդպես էլ չներկայացավ լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Գաբրիելյանը:

Առավոտյան ժամը 10:00-ին մեկնարկած նիստը հետաձգվել էր, քանի որ «Երկիր Ծիրանի» կուսակցության լիազոր ներկայացուցիչը չէր ներկայացել: Ըստ կուսակցության նախագահ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանն ու նրա համախոհների՝ Գաբրիելյանը պատշաճ ծանուցված չի եղել այսօրվա նիստի վերաբերյալ, հետեւաբար նա չի կարողացել ներկայանալ նիստին, քանի որ Գյումրիում է այս պահին:

Չնայած Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը վստահեցրեց, որ պատշաճ բոլորը տեղեկացված են եղել, այնուամենայնիվ, որոշեց նիստը հետաձգել մինչեւ 13:00-ին՝ հնարավորություն տալով կուսակցության լիազոր ներկայացուցչին մասնակցել նիստին:

Ժամը 13:00-ին ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը հայտարարեց, որ Արմեն Գաբրիելյանն այդպես էլ նիստին չի ներկայացել: Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահը նշեց, որ դիմումը չի ներկայացվել իրավասու կողմի՝ «Երկիր Ծիրանի» կուսակցության կողմից, հետեւաբար ենթակա է մերժման: Ըստ Հանձնաժողովի՝ դիմումը զուրկ է իրավական հիմնավորումներից:

Նշենք, որ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի կուսակցությունը մայիսի 14-ին կայացած ընտրությունների արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու դիմում-բողոք է ներկայացրել մայիսի 16-ին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Երեւանի ավագանու ընտրությունների արդյունքներով՝ ՀՀԿ-ն ստացել է 71,25 տոկոս կամ 240034 ձայն, «Ելք» դաշինքը՝ 21 տոկոս կամ 70730 ձայն, իսկ «Երկիր Ծիրանի» կուսակցությունը՝ 7,75 տոկոս կամ 26107 ձայն:

Այսպիսով, ՀՀԿ-ն կստանա 46 մանդատ, «Ելք» դաշինքը՝ 14, Երկիր Ծիրանին՝ 5։
